Most probably created by malayalees directly or indirectly using poor Tamil people, by inducing their poison head and blamed it on Tamil, which commonly happens, while they keep making the malayalees climb the heings in Tamilnadu. Tamil people doesn't naturally discriminate unless fell into the net malayalees set out...
