    Bahut hi knowledgeable video banaya ap logo ne.
    Aur apki baat se bilkul agree ho ki rental income se acha hai ap new flat main invest kijiye us main apko return bahut acha aayega.
    But property dealer/consultant/agent ko new flat ya under construction sale krne main 10-15% b milta hai aur 3-4 years old flat ko b resale krne jao to itni bekar market kar rakhi hai ki usse log sale hi nhi kar pate.. bcz you guys get good profit in new sale and in old flat resale only 1-2%.
    Please improve.

    Gurgaon is the worst place to stay...only external Buildings are built internally everything is village with lot of Mitti.
    Moreover Monsoon add zero value in it.10 mins of rain with 2 hours jam, loaded with flood & no water drainage concept. How can someone buy property in crores in such a pathetic place
    Noida is far better than Gurgaon...well planned & proper Greenery!
