omg yess!! only a few people reacted to this and it's so sad because they're missing out on so much talent! Day6 and Young K especially has been getting real popular in Korea which is super nice cuz they're seriously one of the most hardworking idols I know (and I stan a LOT). Acrobatic is one of the basic trainings they do at jyp because older jyp groups were known for their acrobatic dance moves (2pm and earlier got7) Idk if they still do that for their new trainees tho but ig not cuz even got7 stopped doing the acrobatic stuffs midway. But jyp was highly known for their groups who can do acrobatics. Even when straykids was in the survival show and they had a battle against yg trainees, they already assumed that they were gonna do acrobatics because that's what got7 did on their previous jyp vs yg dance battle. One thing I love about Young K's voice is that it is very versatile, I remember before he used to be conscious of his voice because it's not as recognizable compared to the other members but it later on became his strength because if you think about it. He can do basically all the vocal qualities the other members have. Young K's natural singing voice is very crystal clear but he can make it raspy just like Sungjin's, he can also make it sound very sweet like Jae's and ofc he can also make it very powerful and emotional like Wonpil's. And this isn't to downgrade the other cuz clearly they're all very amazing singers but it always amazes me how Young K can literally sing any type of songs regardless of the genre. Not to mention that he has crazy wide range too. (And to think that he's the main rapper lmao) No wonder he was one of the most famous jyp trainees during pre debut. He was coined as the triple threat because he's so good at all singing, rapping, and dancing. If only he did not have this persisting knee injury then he could've really debuted as got7. But then again, he just fits so well with day6 and I love the way it ended the way it is.
three leaf clover is not yet released anywhere! but i really hope he finishes writing and composing it and lee mujin actually releases it!!! it's such a good song even from just the snippet they sang- tbh I'd want it for youngk but he wrote it to match lee mujin's style and it actually did fit so well so im excited for it!
