Reaction was good.U don't understand the cultural aspect according to our culture if no job no house no statuse if ur having criminal record its really difficult to get a descent girl to marriage.our movie pattern is like this it goes slowly the fight scene was a surprise element For outsiders but u saw that anyway and lost that surprising superb fight scene with emotion.
A sincere police constable wants his son to join the police force as well but things change when he gets transferred; his son keeps getting into trouble with the village gangsters, later is arrested and disowned by his father.
U dont get it.... He loves with the lady.. Eventually he has to beat the villian to save his dad... And so far he lost life, family.last he kills the villian.. So she forced to marry other.. He ended up in jail.. So sad movie❤
In the second part of the movie He forced to become a gangster a criminal to save his family from poverty And eventually died by the hands of villian son (a kid) He takes the knife from him and tell him to leave Like protecting him from dark fate happened to hero Its not a story about winning villian But a story about a hero who lost everything in his life😢
He loses everything in sudden glimpse of time.. just because he was trying to save his dad(police man) from that villain. Its a sad reality and haunts u for mwny days. You may not be able to follow due to cultural differences.. but we all love that movie and mohanlal.. he is just incredible in especially in his younger age he just nailed every character he played.. a full pack of entertainment..

If you watch this movie it will make you cry. Most malayalam movies don't have happy ending
