love your videos and thanks for this useful review. I would be more likely to watch in future if you and Blake tried rationalising what you're actually saying. There is a LOT of repetition. Could easily cover the pertinent info in 25% less time and get more complete views. I find this for Blake's technique videos too. Keep up the superb work.
@Ryan Goloversic absolutely! I was impressed of the neo, because it is such a powerhouse. Looping the 8m on a twintwip in 30 knots is definitely a new experience! I mean, I am rebel-rider, but this kite surprised me...
No it's not a moderate bar pressure. That's bs. Also when you sheet in all the way, the kite suddenly doesn't steer anymore, something that no one ever seems to talk about.
Tiago Ruivo I keep these as an open forum so you are free to share your experience. My main goal with these videos is to get a bunch of voices in one place to help others decide. Cheers mate - Rygo
Tiago Ruivo I agree, bar pressure is medium heavy especially when at the lower end of the range. Not so bad when powered up and depowered one click on the click bar. I prefer the evo bar pressure. The 2020 evo without pulleys has a great feel.
@Ryan Goloversic here is dramatic, I am stuck at home since last Monday, Working at home. We can't even go out for a walk and kitesurf is banned! Today a guy on a sup was stopped bye a boat of coast police... Hoping for the best and getting ready to restart our normal lives..
Well tested the 2020 version of Neo, it’s not a good wave kite in my opinion for 2 things: 1- super grunty (not good feeling while using the kite), good feeling kites: Evo, Nexus... 2 - it always end up overpowered in smaller sizes so keep pulling of the wave. Better options: - bandit from F one, will never pull off the wave - dice, nice bar feeling and reactive as a wavelike should be Reviews with Duotone Shirt doesn’t sound as a unbiased review to me 😂 and they don’t even Fly the kite in the video!!! And reviewing is more informative when comparing side to side similar kites Any kite would perform ok/good in the caribbean water condition 😁 We are more interest in marginal conditions (like kitefinderTV does) Let me tell one secret: Duotone wanted to change this kite to a better version, but it was denied cause Airton liked it. Sounds a vídeo to me that they have sales problems for this kite 🤣 só lets make an video to sell it more
I just got my 2020 8m and i cant wait to get it on the water!! nice video work, guys!

I have the 2014 North flavored one. What a grunty low end kite.
Thank you, Joses! 🤙🏽 I still have a couple of those North flavored Neos as well, my friend. -Aaron
@@MACkiteboarding Mine is getting a bit worn out. It’s the kite I fly the most. Are the new ones a good replacement? I’ve got a 9m.
Great review! The neo is actually also very good for Kiteloops!

Hey thanks for video! I just bought 2 neo and I wonder if you tried different setting and what does it change and your recommendation?
Hi which settings do you suggest for. Unhooked tricks?

What about the freeride setting? Is it good for freestyle?

@Ryan Goloversic hi any news? Or Corona virus stopped also you?
