FANTASTIC repair! Your troubleshooting skills are second to none. And the drummy time lapse music is back, too! YAYYYY! Thank you so much for sharing, Synthchaser!
Hmmm, I would have first used the Exacto knife to cut a little trench inbetween the two traces. But of course just using a wire as you did, works as well!
Re: Those failure-prone LED displays... If you come up with a fix for the DSX, might you also come up with a similar fix for the Memorymoog displays? Thanks!
Hello I would really apreciate if you could answer me this questions. I have a DSX Sequencer and the Oberheim OB8. Can this sequencer save different patches on each track? For example, Bass part on sequence 1 track 1. And string part on sequence 1 and track 2. I was trying everything. The manual mentions the 0 button. This 0 button saves the patches and splits. But can it save different patches for each track?? Thanks for everything and sorry for interuption. Cheers Luka

Awww... I love those little bubble LED displays.
Really cool. Your Videos are Awesome. Thank you so much. I enjoy it that mach watching it. Love it.
Really great job except I would protect the exposed copper tracks against corrosion.

Fantastic! I’m learning so much from you.
Question: which magnifying glasses do you use?
They're a Donegan Optivisor. I have a few lenses I can change out on them too for different magnifications.
Synth Chaser Thank you!
Will your test rom worh with Paul White's MRAM upgrade in place?

They use similar but different displays. Maybe when I get around to my Memorymoogs I'll come up with something.
Nice! What were the replacement bridge rectifiers that you used? I'm attempting a similar repair in a DMX that doesn't power up.

Don't sand, use a Mr. Clean Magic eraser. Use it damp, dipped in water or vinegar.
You’re the best!
