I LOVE THIS MAN! i'm christian and this man is 100% right on! i can't stand hypocrites which basically means i don't like conservatives that much, for all the reasons he stated! if you really think about it Jesus was a rebel, a total rebel who loved everybody, all were cool with him.
Any religious person is, by definition, delusional. But that doesn’t mean you can’t be an otherwise decent person. My experience is that it isn’t likely that I will get along with the delusional sort, but it does happen.
I heard people kind of get mixed up with the terms Nazarene, which was a resident of the town of Nazareth (which Jesus was) and Nazarite, which is what Samson - the famous Biblical strongman - was. Nazarites, iirc, were set apart to God, weren't allowed to partake of grapes or grape products, AND they were not allowed to cut their hair! You can kinda guess the mistaken assumptions that can branch off of that!!
He was indistinguishable from any of the other men around him physically. He dressed, worked and even ate like them. The length of a man's hair wasn't a big deal to the people.
