It’s more insidious than that. Shitty videos come up in the feed more times than not because it shows viewers how easy it is to make shit content. This creates more engagement with platforms like UA-cam and TikTok when the viewers become creators. The cycle then continues.
Not gonna lie... I think the video was pretty bad. And we didn't see a good version of this video either... I understand it's a sponsor, which is very nice, but I have no faith in Invideo

I feel the same way but he’s been touched by the algorithm demon and has seen an increase in his salary. Money is the biggest motivating factor in adult decision making so there is no way he’s going back to that old way of YouTubing that captivated us initially. Look at the change in his titles and thumbnails. AI creates them now using the buzzwords. It’s actually appalling and a case study of how capitalism builds but destroys. Imagine how many things have been unwittingly corrupted because food isn’t free and rent doesn’t pay itself.

I don't mind seeing tools like this to get an idea of what the future holds in terms of editing automation, but as it stands, this tool only produces web pollution: videos with absolute no relevance, no substance, and no purpose other than to try and make a dollar or two off ads. My hopefully constructive criticism is that you didn't come off as sincere in this video, and only presented this for the sponsor money, unlike the many times on your channel when you truly liked the tool you were showcasing. Fully agree. This will be used by content-farms who will generate multiple videos daily with no effort. UA-cam (and the internet as a whole) will become be a junkyard of ai-polluted content. AI already uses information that was generated by humans.. and as time moves forward, the amount of content will be mostly AI... future AI will pull from the previous generations AI etc...

It's also impressive that it can replicate the Spanish rolled R and the German/French R sound even though the voice sample only contains English words and sounds. I like the translation aspect of this, but I hate the automated video creation, there's nothing good about it

The language quality is good and switching between multiple languages is super convenient.
invideo is just using stock footage that makes the video looks old school. They need to switch to SORA-like new AI gen tools for video to make this work

I prefer a content creator that at least tried to make their own video, not a video that entirely created by AI. If for any reason, a content creator is unable to create a original, or at least creative video that is no longer than 1 minute, they should rethink their existance as a content creator. What AI should do is to make the workflow easier for content creators, for example, by giving some basic ideas, fact-check, help with voice-overs, grammar check, or help tidying up the goddamn subtitle so that the edit session will become more efficient. The short video shown felt so bland, soulless, and not worth the time. I disliked it.

Nice! But it has the same problem of other IA tools (specially TTS): too expensive for so little minutes! To grow a dark channel you need to post everyday even better more than one time a day (correct me if I'm wrong) and 50 or even 200 minutes is too little :(

I've tried Invideo (have a paid account), but find that it's just "OK". Problem is you have to do a lot of script editing to get it correct and whittle it down to under a minute (most of the time it runs over a min). Stock content is also a bit lacking and the overall result is, for lack of a better word, 'bland'. Not terrible, not great, but just ok.

I am sure matt has shown us Invideo many times before but remember that he not needs to put out meaningful content, he also needs to make a living. It is our choice whether we stay and support that living. Reading the comments below it looks like Matt's star rating is starting to dip with calls of unsubscribe. Before you do make sure that you are not just reacting to Matt's sales videos which are never the greatest. Stay for the news peeps
So there's a limit on minutes depending on your plan, but you will need to make edits and adjustments. So a 1 minute video might cost 30 minutes of credit depending on how much needs to be tweaked.
I've tried invideo twice ..on my phone , after it makes the video it stops about 30 secs in on preview ...cannot watch the rest..googled, tried resetting chrome, nothing. I bet it works on my laptop but haven't tried. Doesnt work in my phone. Any solutions?
How can you support them? The software is junk... You should try to create a long form video using V2 and try to make it 10 minutes and then see what you get.
