I'd like to see the Slovenian team give Roglič just as much consideration as Pogačar. After all, he's done just as much to elevate Slovenia's standing in the world of road cycling, and for a longer time.
This os not charity in what scenario roglic has more chance than pogi? In case of crash or bad day of pogi roglic Will have Is chance but not racing for pogi Is Absolute madness considering Is season
Roglic is a fair bit below his best form. He won the Vuelta against a very average field and made very hard work of catching O’Connor. Pogacar is on fire this year and Montreal showed he really hasn’t lost that form. I’d be all in for Pogacar unless it’s clear early on he’s on a bad day, but have Roglic in reserve. There are so many good rivals that could do a smash and grab, so Slovenia will need to get their tactics right. It may not be hilly enough to get rid of the likes of Evenepoel, van der Poel or Hirschi et al so I wouldn’t he’s surprised if this ends up in a sprint from a small bunch.
Roglic had his best climb of all time in the Vuelta. Even if he wasn't on every day, his best level ever is there He can go all out for one day and not worry about his back whereas in the Vuelta he wanted to hold back a bit every day for his back He's absolutely a contender
@@bobroberts5820that day was unipuerto.. roglic's best ever level maybe but even skjelmose did pink line performance on unipuerto stage on tour de Suisse this year. Everyone is hitting 'best ever' form and that sort of stage makes it "easy" to hit very high numbers
I think they should Pog and Rog as co-leaders. And if and when they exhaust all the domestiques and just two of them are left and there are other teams still hanging on, then Rog and Pog should decide between themselves who has good legs, and if both feel good then they should relay and make it an everyman for himself.
Rode the round last Sunday. After the mountain top, an up and down (once 18%), left and right, sharp corners and narrow roads follow before the downhill. After the downhill, the road rises for another 2km. Interessting lap.
Only an accident or a force of Nature can stop Pog from winning this. Although I do hope Mathieu and the Kid will give him a hell of a run for the money.
Please do the u19 for men at least. There's so much talent and it would be great to hear you talk about some of them now before they become househeld names
@@AdrrejHanzelj Well given the causality between taking drugs and performance, yes, sir, you may be on to something/ However, in this case we're looking at various statistically hitherto unbelievable performances that make him stand out like a sore thumb/ Are you familiar with your cycling history or did you start watching 5 minutes ago?
Who do you think will take home the Elite World Championship title this year?
Definitely the guy that has the KOM on that first climb, he looks like a beast! 🤣
Pogačar is the favourite by far 💪🏻
It's gonna be tight for silver and bronze.
Evenepol smashes the ITT !
Tadej 👑
Tadej!
All in for Tadej!
Skjuns is from Latvia
Doh!! Dan
I wondered when he moved...
As a swiss I have to praise Dan for the pronounciation of swiss places, especially Winthertur was pretty good

Roglic won't be on the podium.

True, but pogacar is in better form and has a better chance of winning

Hope for Tadej win so he can complete cycling.

Thanks Dan and crew , Yeah , hard to pick anyone but Pogacar. Enjoy your weekend !
Toms Skujiņš is Latvian.
Van der poel
Remco Evenepoel’s big ring will win
Only an accident or a force of Nature can stop Pog from winning this.
Although I do hope Mathieu and the Kid will give him a hell of a run for the money.
It's such a shame that Marlen Reusser is out with Long Covid - hope it doesn't destroy her career or even life!
Remco might surprise few
Bini and Natnael Tesfatsion from Eritrea😊
I love all the faves (Remco, Tadej, Mvdp), but none will win.. Someone else will be a surprise upset win. And its good for the sport.
Pogy written all over this course lol
Do we know why Tadej isn’t racing in the time trial
Never performs well enough to medal in a one day tt race.
It makes no sense to do it
Because he wants the Triple Crown. Nothing else is important.

All for Pog he is the best rider in the world
Play the numbers game is always better then all in for 1 rider
Why isnt austria mentioned? I think they are „as strong as“ germany
I'm interested to see how Marc Hirschi does
It's gonna be more difficult once the big boys are around 🤔
Remco is only favourite.
How did you not mention Blanka Vas?
Big omission. I'll just have to hope she doesn't figure in the top results now so I don't have egg on my face! Dan
Latvian not Lithuanian 😢
Mauro Giannetti and whoever his hook up is....
Lopez Scott Robinson Kimberly Jones Michelle
I want anyone to win other than Poga, i mean anyone.
I mean Jonas is not there, you can calm down a bit.🤣😅
Anyone but Poggy the drug mule. I'm cheering for Narvaez
He's not starting because of Covid at La Vuelta.
@@marcelopareja834 God damn it
Always the same comments... The one who is the best is on drugs.
If there were no Pogačar, then Vingegard would be the one on drugs, right 🤔😆
