Option E is better with different petterns and color is so good and light u will feel a little wide your small bathroom.
Better choose MATTE for floor at least.
For me Option C
Inn main bottom wali floor (preferably iss tera ki MATTE tile lain, baki top wali 3 walls and aik samany wali wall py center wala full lgaian. Best lgy ga.

Don't not use black tiles after shower they all got soap or shampoo Spot on them you need to clean them every time you use shower other wise black tile with white dots spots if soap look very dirty

I think matte would be comparative difficult to clean. So i prefer glossy. Even for the floor. Though they are slippery.
Koi nai g ehtyat se chal Len ge washroom main bhagna thora hi hota hai. Matte would be a little boring

Don’t go for Taps and Shower all in one ,make sure their connection are separate for extra Shower pressure
Matt tiles are in, glossy ones looks cheap...Durr brand commode is also good.. Master Shower set hands down , no other brand is comparable
