Media Review and Technology

This video shows how we utilize technology to assist our students with the learning process. We give each student action cameras to use while underway conducting different training sessions. Once they are done with training for the day, they are able to look back on things they did good and bad that day. This re-enforces what they are being taught and also giving feedback that they might have forgotten from what the instructor debriefed in the moment. Each student is required to pick a good and bad moment of training that they will present and critique themselves to other peers and instructors. Instructor staff will give constructive feed back on what the student presents. All in all, every student either learns from their own video or by that of their peer.
