There are a lot of excellent fly tiers but not everyone can teach and not every good instructor can teach as well as Mr Luallen. I've been tying flies for over 60 years and Mr Luallen just opened my old eyes to many new possibilities. Thank you for taking fly tying instruction to a new level.

There are a bunch of really good channels and fly tiers here on youtube. Nobody has done as good a job as Mr. Luallen narrating and explaining a fly tie. Outstanding tutorial.

This guy gives the best instructions I have ever seen on thread control, etc. So many newbies would benefit from just practicing the principles laid out his this tyers videos, heck I have been tying for 40 years & I am learning a bunch!
