FELIP is originally from Pagadian in Zamboanga del Sur and has also lived in Cagayan de Oro. PLAYERTWO are from Davao City. What they do have in common, though, is that they are all speakers of BISAYA (aka Cebuano), which is another of the Philippines' major languages. Felip has purposely used Bisaya in his songs (for example, KANAKO), and part of the reason he collaborated with Playertwo is because he wants to put the Bisaya language and Bisaya artists in the spotlight. That's why Felip and Playertwo's second collaboration is prominently built around the word PAGDALI, which means "hurry" in Bisaya.

I really liked their releases Shower Music, That's my baby, Thinkin of Love, and HDYF - really solid tracks and if you didn't know any better you'd think they were just made by North American musicians. These guys are a group of 5 but 2 of them are beat producers and writers... Those 2 never show up in the videos. The other 3 guys are also writers, rappers, singers. Luke April is the dude with the hat, Ivo Impresso is the bigger guy who was rapping first, and Wave P is the guy with the glasses who has a higher nasal voice in his raps.
