Greetings from the Netherlands! I love your list of winter routine rituals. In winter, it is especially important to move. Sometimes it's so hard to force yourself to leave the house. Therefore, walks, warming drinks, decorating the house for the Christmas holidays are very good tips.

My husband also struggles with the darkness in winter. We live in Utah, USA, so isn't dark as long as Finland, but still hard for him. He works from home, and I am currently renovating his office with lighter paint, more lights, and cozy pillows and throw blankets. Thank you for the inspiration!
