And now that i have it in my possesion id say your review is spot on. This thing is so smooth and fluid!
I've had this phone for almost a month now and even after security patches from Metro, this is still snappy and does a much better job at running multiple applications than my first LG Aristo did. I love this phone. I now don't have to worry about much lag unless I'm using my Marco Polo app a lot. Other than that this phone fits my everyday lifestyle.

I got 2 from metro pcs. 1 for me and 1 for my wife both phones for free but we had to pay for the taxes and fee plus the plans start $80 dollars out the door $106. We dont have any complaints about the phones nor the network its the best

As always great review! I purchased one for my son and he loves it. I agree though it definitely is slippery and needs a case! I actually used it while I was waiting to replace my blade zmax and it didn't disappoint me!

Just get some grip tape for skateboards cut them into a couple of dope shapes and put em on the back. Looks good and provides amazing grip further adding value and decreasing the risk of dropping.

Yeah, and while T-Mobile will unlock the phone when you leave them, Spectrum is not compatible with it.

Can you tell me how to stop it from popping up little contact icon bubbles when I get a message from my textnow.com app? I have turned off every alert for the app and the messaging app that comes with the phone but it still pops them up and it kills functions during gameplay of many of my favorite games. Such as pause and weapon use.
If you would download the free app long enough to recreate my issue and get back to me I'd appreciate it.

Can you long press the home button and get Google Assistant? On the LG Aristo 1 it wasn't available because the actuall amount of RAM was 1.9 instead of the stated 2.0. Thanks.

That hidden menu is like the one on the iphone
Very low end device. Don't expect this to game, multi-task or take good pictures on. The haptic engine also sucks. After using this for a while you will notice major lag.

No fingerprint scanner.

@@silloweet - I wouldn't call it rubbish. It's a great budget phone. It served me well for a year plus I can still use it for internet over my wi-fi.

Downgraded to this but it's good for what i paid for it. Using it as my daily until my Pixel is fixed. I keep the Google Feed off to stop the launcher lag.

Lol that's not true, I have a 128gb Samsung evo in my Aristo 2, and I've moved all my apps and media on it. Just gotta know the tricks of Android 👍 +paultech

Bora Chreng you must enable developer settings to access that feature and others. Research it further.

The phone is free right now with port in. Awesome little phone. Considering getting it. It's between either it or the Moto e4
