Loved the input and insights re food and TCM. I am a big fan of TCM and use it to rebalance my 5 elements / organs energetically. So thanks so much! This FM so far has hit me like a sledge hammer… not helping that I am Aries Sun, Cancer rising and Pluto in Libra and Chiron return (in Aries) so today I have been massively triggered emotionally, ‘crying non stop’ for no reason (well outside of shifting out of a 19-years karmic cycle like all cardinal signs!). I am standing I am good and will rebirth from the ashes and do much up look forward to! 🤗💝🙏

The notes between one and another and I am feeling this as a raise in higher consciousness and cosmic consciousness of leaning into our multidimensionality. Embodiment of our authentic selves, releasing fear. Doing this in a way like never before because the energy simply didn't support it. Now we are blasting into these spaces and places. Accepting the void and trusting Divine time. I channel Light language and assist others on their healing journey. I believe many more of us are rising to assume our purpose. Both Trump and Harris were born under full moons. Trump's is in Sagittarius; Harris's is in Aries. Both Fire signs. This forthcoming full moon in Aries will be interesting from a political perspective.

I went through a really intense breakup recently and we went no contact September 17th I believe and that was when the Pisces New Moon came in I think it's crazy that they're both on the 17th.😊 But besides that it was a life-changing experience to go through that new moon proud and confident and excited for the energies and the journeys that would be experiencing soon . I felt like I had shed the old and I was ready for the new and I've been doing a lot of work and so this new moon is going to be a really fun experience and I can't wait to manifest the hell out of some things.
