What's up guys! Today we're taking a look a the dual pouch men's underwear from Separatec! They reached out to me with an email and asked if I would be willing to review their product if they sent it my way and I happily agreed. I'm not one to turn down the opportunity for additional content!
The sent me three pairs from their bamboo rayon line last week. I wore them in a variety of different settings throughout the week to see how comfortable they were. I've never worn a pair of rayon boxer briefs before and I can now that they're exceptionally soft. However I do find micro modal fabric to be more comfortable. I know Separatec has their own line of micro modal boxer briefs as well though so I will link to them if you're interested.

Outside of comfort, I do give a clear advantage to the rayon line from Separatec when it comes to moisture absorption. I'm at the gym most days of the week and I found that rayon does a great job of maintaining airflow and keeping everything relatively dry.
In terms of quality, I felt like the product was on par as far as material and stitching with every other premium brand in this space. No loose stitching very clean design and aesthetics.
The Actual pouch system that I'm sure everyone is very interested in is actually very effective. I thought for sure it would be uncomfortable having any type of separation throughout the day. It was the complete opposite, by midday I had completely forgotten that I was wearing a pair of boxer briefs with separate pouches. I've seen other dual pouch underwear before but Separatec does claim to have "Patented dual pouch technology" meaning that their design is unique to them.
One piece of feedback I do have for them though is specific to the packaging design. It's premium no doubt, however, I feel like their design elements could better communicate the type of product you're about to unbox. It almost felt like I was unboxing some type of software or anti virus to install on my computer.

Not gonna lie I was gonna ask you if there were any men's underwear reviews coming.Its literally one of the hardest things to find a UA-camr do because it's personal but I'm addicted to buying boxer briefs/trunks and briefs.Call me wierd lol

Great video! I’ve never tried underwear with a pouch system. Just to be clear, since you didn’t notice it most of the day, would you suggest trying it, or just stick to regular boxer briefs? Keep the content coming! 👍👌
Great question! So when I say I didn't notice it I mean it didn't bother me at all like I expected it to. What I did notice specifically was how well it performed with respect to preventing a build-up of moisture. It also helped prevent..."adjustments" throughout the day lol Thanks so much for watching!

I kinda liked the packaging. I don't know how many people keep a desk anymore but a back up pair Mad Man style would not be a bad idea to have around.

I am a trunks wearer and have never been a fan of boxer briefs. I have however just ordered the Separatec cotton boxers, and I was wondering what you are talking about when you say that they can ride up. Is it the legs riding up on your thighs, or is the butt giving you a wedgie?
I have also just bought some David Archy pouch underwear, but I don't think they are dual pouch.
I'm also interested in the David Archy underwear I just ordered some from Sheath also which doesn't have the best branding honestly but is supposed to have a good product so maybe I'll do a recap on that. For me with the Separatec underwear, they rode up a bit in the thighs so I had to adjust them a few times in that regard this might be different for you depending on things like fabric.
I have now tried both, and I am not a fan of the Separatic. I do not find them to be very comfortable. I either fall back out to the main compartment, or I am not covered well by the fly/flap. I also find that the fabric is not particularly soft.
The David Archie, on the other hand, are incredibly soft, yet substantial enough for my liking. The pouch offers enough support, and I can forget that I am wearing anything. My initial purchase was for a 3 pack of the Modal cotton briefs, the ones with the wave patterned waistband. They are so comfortable that I just ordered a pack of the same in a trunk style. My favorite trunks to date are my cotton Mack Weldon's, but the David Archie may edge them out for shear comfort.

Modal is a semi-synthetic cellulose fiber, which is a type of rayon
