- With so many videos about bad customers service and care, I decided to give some love for the great experience in had with @RetroSix and Luke! It was time for a tune up on my North American Neo Geo AES and I took a chance, sent my grail console across the pond and waited for it to boomerang back. Make sure you check out RetroSix for all of the services they provide and start a dialogue with them in their Discord channel about any questions you may have. I will be sending in other systems for service in the near future as well. If you notice some tearing in the picture, that’s my jankey capture card and OBS. I know… “Get a Retrotink”. My Neo Geo has no distortion on screen when I’m playing.

Don’t get me wrong I love the AES great mods by the way but for me when I hear neo geo I always think the MVS with the bright red 4 or even 6 slot cab and the I’ll eruos and those 4 color buttons plus those cartridges are the big daddy
