  • In this first episode of Interventions: Perspectives on Theory in Practice, Professor Anand Nandkumar links theory about the growth of an industry with practice in the food delivery business. He dives deep into three theories that usually guide industry evolution to explain the food delivery market in India.     Great setup for the second part on how these theories apply to the Online food delivery market. Illustrations on the differences between product and process innovations were useful in following the sequential and simultaneous nature of the theories presented.
