      @@DarthPeachy thanks 😊 I'm enjoying sharing what we do. We work our hobby hives similarly to the way we've learned at work, but because we aren't commercial ourselves, it's a lot more relaxing

      @@DarthPeachy well, I've only been beekeeping for about 15 years now... plenty of time to have learned something. There's always plenty more to learn

    😅yeah those smart arse south island beekeepers eh😂 did a brood up on a colony today just before I came home and watched this😂 oxalic acid is in a lot of vegetables like soy, rhubarb especially in the rhubarb leaves which is why you shouldn't eat them, it gives you kidney stones,😬 and it's used for timber bleaching and it kills mites😁 great video

      @@Manuherikiabeekeeping I didn't know that's why you're not supposed to eat rhubarb leaves. I love a good apple & rhubarb crumble... my mum had a rhubarb plant that she'd always transplant every time we moved, that she had gotten from her dad. The one we brought to our current place has died now, but we still have one at my brothers place
