It would be very helpful if u can provide videos relating to production such as how to reduce consumption of consumables, how to calculate consumption, how to plan for a small fabrication project, etc..
Basically as per BIS ,where at the end "C" is mansion like "IS 2062 E 350 C, or E250 C,or E450 C etc" ,then impact test is mandatory at minus 20 degree centigrade , where as so some customer have specific requirement like in CATERPILLAR Company there specific requirement in their standard 1E1863 the impact test is 27J in minus 29 degree centigrade, mostly where these plate are used in extremely cold area like alaska then it is mandatory impact test in minus 20, or minus 30, and minus 40 degree centigrade

Remember that precise criteria may change depending on the norms and laws that apply in various Industries or places.
First You have to see customer drawing, many times there is some specific requirement given in drawing in here it's a general for all IS grade is mention, but some other grades are also in there like DIN standard,JIS standard, Caterpillar standard ( IE spec), etc Then you have to Know root of iron making process which is also mention in Mill TC TDC (Technical delivery condition) from your company or customer with Steel manufacturing where each and every parameters given to Steel manufacturing company to make plates. These are some basic points to follow

@@123mailashish actually depends on requirement whether being high carbon steel, medium carbon steel, or low carbon steel, higher carbon means higher strength, secondary what the required of tensile strength.thats why asked for customer drawing
Sir which one is better, E250C or E350C. Mechanical properties E350 hav better, but if it is concern of rusting. will the E350C be better choice than E250C in overall condition?
It depend on use, where more flexible or elasticity required there E250 is better, but where more strength required there E350 is better, but for rusting both are same, there need stainless steel, or more chromium required for rust prevent.
Sir total % of elements(c,mn,s,p,si) when we add for plate 10 mm thk E250=2.67% get it, but remaining % can we consider 97.33% of iron or ferus(fe) Sir is it ok.....pls reply for dought
Sir plz make a video using this data to explain mill test or material test certificate to verify according to drawing material given to assure whether the certificate is right aur fake
At the end part of video it is mentioned the required mechanical and chemical composition of each Grades, you can compare these with the Mill TC to confirm the given grade is ok or not

Tolerance not depend on the grade of plate
For thicness ,length and width tolerance you have to follow IS 1852
