Did that little girl pee on top of the wall by the trash can? Why do the Chinese think it is acceptable to just have their kids pee anywhere they want? I once saw a mother let her little girl, who must have been just a little younger than 2, pee in the middle of a Wanda and then just wipe it up with a tissue she had in her purse. Is this an Asian thing? In Cambodia I used to see, almost daily, tuk tuk drivers peeing on the side of the road, absolutely no shame. So uncivilized.

I saw one time in Chuzhou the same, directly on the crossroad pants down and pee and not even look for some at least private area..
