Hopefully videos come out soon comparing to the Civic type R. after 200K miles Honda is actually a Motorcycle company that builds cars, Toyota has always built cars better than anyone else
Would definitely disagree, but regardless, I don't think it's a type R competitor. Same price range but it doesn't have rear seats. It really only competes with the Miata, 86/brz, and maybe if you were looking for an AWD performance car specifically then WRX, GTI, and Corolla.
Toyota is just cranking out amazing cars, while ford is just dead in the water. All they have going for them in the mustang. I think when this car comes out, I'm going to eye buying this one and keeping it around for a long time like my 1987 Celica ST. These are typically really good cars, and very nice to drive long distances.
Turbos are not for the average it needs a naturally 2.4 manual the turbos will ruin Toyota's reliability and turbos actually waste gas despite their ratings
Here's my issue, why are we not seeing a showcase of a pre-production model from someplace like car shows/car demos _with a Toyota representative_ in tow? This is the third video like this I've seen showing a supposed 2025 Celica like its gospel when this is something someone far from affiliated with Toyota could've made. Give me something that proves it is beyond-a-shadow-of-a-doubt verified
Specs I've seen jump around, but I do know for sure it's coming. That's literally it though (and considering there's no official car still, I'm doubtful of 2025)
please realize these are just multiple AI generated 3d renders. You wonder why it looks like a blob of multiple Toyotas smashed together that's why. Just pay attention every picture is so inconsistent
Looks like Toyota is completely out of touch with today’s trends and the pulse of the street. Most young drivers looking for sports cars want manuals not to mention a masculine looking car. Why is that silly Supra like tail is a thing is beyond me. Perhaps Toyota out look to Porsche for inspiration NOT BMW
Ugh! So they kept that front nose look like they did with the 5th gen. Supra, and the skinny tail light design..again like the Supra. They should have kept the front round like the design they had on the prototype. No thanks. Bummer, because I was so excited to see it look similar to the initial design.
😂😅😂 Another failed attempt to reincarnate Toyota classics. My wife has a 2.0L turbo in her NX300 F-Sport that's on a VF TUNE. 😅😂 This is a Cheaper option for the failed BMW/Toyota SUPRA. TOYOTA NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE.
Looks like a Supra
Because it is. This is just fake bullshit.
Probably as an homage to the fact that the Supra was a Celica
It was the Celica Supra when they first made the Supra!
I know, thats disappointing.
Manual?
If you are trying to reach out to Celica enthusiast... I hope there's a manual transmission that comes with this option😔
Me 2 I really hope they do
@@teddygunzbarno2102and 4 wheel drive like 93 model alltrac turbo
@@reilym979 except longitudinal arrangement. Please.
Always the old heads. I hope it has dual clutch.
@@benitezjoe183 😂 it’s an old person thing you wouldn’t understand

300hp twin turbo, all wheel drive? Bigger than supra? It looks much better than supra and the price will be higher
If the new Celica is built on the BMW Supra body, you can keep it. The current Supra is NOT a true Toyota.
That is NOT a celica, that is a bmw supra
You’d be surprised how much European tech was in the original Celica.
It's back!!!
Looks like a Toyota supra looks identical
No manual?

Excellent car❤
Does it have a bmw b48 engine?

I would trade in my 10th Gen Civic 2020 Aegon Blue Sport Metallica if they offered in it in a Manual
Sorry, timeless look?
It's not even out yet and it looks dated.
I'm always a delicate driver the best
Scotty Kilmer will be happy. Maybe.

"Manual" and "masculine". Talk about out of touch lol
looks sexy as hell ! i love it .

Why make it look like a dam Supra lmao
Someone tell Scotty
FWD or RWD?
Both off them....its going to be an AWD
i bet starting msrp 49K
No! No! No! Looks like another "Supra". Go back and try again!🤦🏾
Too ironic for you?
2l motor wtf
Disappointed; another trying too "hard" to integrate designs from multiple sources.
Just a cheaper Supra, Toyota has lost any sort of style they used to have. Get it together
Yeah they made it to much like a Supra !!! 🤦🏻♂️. Way to be creative Toyota ……!
😂😅😂

Amen.
Even The 2nd Gen IS has more character than this obviously fake render. 0:46
Nothing is funny.
I do not like the shape
i don't want new model celica . please bring back 185 and 205
300HP 🤣 that is like stuck in the 1960
fake picture fake news
Supra 2.0, this is so trash, nothing unique
Auto??? 👎
Wack ass car
WTF....
I like GT- Four more than this design
Love it, MINUS the safety suite.
