    Thanks for the tip of pinning from the center out. It can save a lot of hassle when trying to nest the seams.

    I have a flannel sheet pinned up as a design wall and the cotton fabric just naturally sticks to it. Great vids.

    I hand pieced a scrappy version of this quilt. After the 20th block you kinda get the hang of placement. :-)

    great tutorial. I have a bourd covered in material but what did you use to make the patches stick to the material please.

      +eileen burnham If you use batting or flannel for the material, the patches will stick to it naturally, no special treatment needed. It's the same idea as a flannel graph, if you remember those from childhood. (Maybe my age is showing here!)
