I'm a postgraduate myself and can see things more clearly. All these arts and humanities teachers cultivate the inferiority complex within us. Then mass produces batches of intellectual elites. These intellectual elites take full-time jobs that are built upon self hate.
This may seem like humour, but there is a very important message behind this. Foreigners always tend to notice only the stereotyped bad version of our nation and miss the beauty and the culture.

And thats why the City looks unplanned and hence not worth visiting (according to you). Try visiting newly developed cities like Noida and Navi Mumbai.
