Some of the best youth academies are in Portugal. My favorite Portuguese League team is FC Arouca. You HAVE to rebuild them. Also you could give it as a little Christmas present.

I got a video idea suggestion for you, as a brazilian and a Fluminense fan, I'm kinda disappointed that EA didn't allow us to use team in the Libertadores for career mode. So to come around that, I created a Fluminense FC club and put it in the League 2, with the objective of one day winning the Champions League! I love playing this career and I think it could be fun for you and the audience as well!

You should do another youth academy rebuild of athletic Bilbao where you can send your scout to other countries but you’re only allowed to sign 15 year olds if they’re not Spanish because of the rule that a player has to be trained in the Basque Country from youth if they aren’t from there and most of your small transfer budget relies on selling talent so you can also only sign bench players from other basque teams or basque players from other leagues

On console I use the youth academy to find talents in Asia, Africa and South America. However I also use the free agents section to look for hidden gems from countries not available for the youth academy

I done a schalke rebuild with them in 3.Liga, ended up with some crazy good Swiss players but my german striker Fischer is like a 95, hes insane good 😂

i’d honestly suggest you to try rebuilding teams with uknown countries. usually when you send your scouts over there it’s very rare to find players that can actually fit in the first team
16:39 Not in England, that's just not gonna happen. They used to have that in the 1986/87 and 1987/88 seasons (except there are three teams in one tier and one team in a tier higher) but then it's completely gone.

In case you didn't know. In season 3 bender wasn't playing because he was injured. You can tell because of the ambulance over his head
You should try to get physically strong or playmaker for your CM's. I have more luck recruiting them.

Hey Cani, when you do a rebuilding thing like this, do you skip the matches by selecting the day after the final fixtures? or do you quick sim one by one? I tried to skip matches by the calendar and quickly got my contract terminated because the team spirit drops until everyone is unhappy 😮💨
Most creators use mods to stop that nonsense from happening. I end up having to play a portion of my season because despite overacheiving and completing all objectives the morale just plummets inexplicably

Do a youth academy challenge but you can only use players from countries that don’t produce a lot of quality players, but are in the game. Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, China, etc.

With youth rebuilds I have found that you get way better talent when you do random scouting. It might take a bit longer to get what you want though
