On the Bedroom door going in is a very dark, Old looking Buddhist Tibetan Thangka scroll @20:00. This one has most likely deteriorated from the moisture, unfortunately, as many were painted on silk linen, and bordered in silk. I can see that this man enjoyed and collected items from all over the World. It is fascinating to peek at his hoarded treasures! Thanks for taking us along and for being respectful.

The word that we use in America for someone who collects a little bit of everything that is strange and different is called an eccentric. With all the wonderful paintings that he had I wonder why he didn't sell them or put them in an art gallery before he died. As usual, you have outdone yourselves again this mansion was simply incredible. You call them covers that go around the pictures and paintings we call them frames. Love you guys keep up the good work.
WOW WOW!! So much to look at! I think there was so much art, I don’t necessarily think one person did all of that. I feel that such diversity and materials they were also a collector of art as well. I would have loved to see what was under and behind the different piles of framed art. Also curious why he didn’t sell anything, he obviously didn’t have.a place to store it. The amount of pieces had to be over a 1,000! Would be great if someone was able to salvage it and make a museum... did you see a particular signature on any pieces? Also, I noticed not a lot of supplies to paint with or space to work. Only a small jug with very few paint brushes. Overall, you did a great job with the resources you had. Good video!! Thank you!
I was an art major in high school and college. My paintings and those of my parents, are on my walls and in my attic. My children don’t want any of my pieces. They’ll probably be thrown out or donated. Sad when you have a talent and no one is interested. Not even family.☹️

We totally agree on you Dianna. It is truly sad to find all his hard work & efforts & passion put into his artwork during his entire life now going to waste. It's hard to imagine this man does not have any relatives, family or friends to save all of his belongings.

I agree with you,I am an artist and also collect other works of art from random artists, often people tell your crazy buying artwork when you paint yourself, like anyone else I see no difference when appreciating others styles and techniques
This artists job is done.... although his work sadly sits in an abandoned home, you have gone in and questioned his work, why? what and how... ❤ perfect. Another fabulous video from you guys, well done.
This amazing mansion, had over 50,000 paintings! And the freaking📚📖📓 BOOKS! Remon would have loved it Maureno! That split face art work, could be Caesar I loved it! I definitely would have gone through EVERY single thing...except that last room with the male palaces. Awesome spectacular video. Like a giant artist musceum stuck in a time Capsule. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕🖌 💕One Trillion Likes to you! 😁👍🏻
Thanks as a son of a deceased artist there is so much it is hard to preserve. I think his relatives were overwhelmed. It does bring sadness knowing so many artists and family. We all suffer trying to preserve our artistic heroes. I don't think he was that dynamic but had other artists work including clothing. Where's the sewing machine?Personal thoughts I share because I know. Thanks 🐟
Paintings in the thousands for sure. Hoarders are awesome, stubborn people. I'm so glad you found it. It was a delight from the hippie van to the unreachable attic, I am fascinated by Explomo!
Wow what an amazing explore. My favorite so far I think. What a terrible shame that it's been left to the elements to be lost forever. As to all of the artwork there are far to many different techniques, styles, and mediums to be just one artist, but it says so much about the man that has collected all of the pieces. He had such an eclectic taste in all that he had surrounded himself with. Thanks again for documenting this wonderful place. Sure wish I knew more about him and his history as I would love to do some research to find out more about him and the life that he lived.
The man was an artistic genius!! Hope you saved many paintings!! Wonderful job filming!! Obvious the home has been in the family for many generations!! Think the meaning of the painting over his bed means he was " torn". Tfs... With love frm America!
Wow!!! Absolutely beautiful!! What a talented man..he put so many years into painting and collecting..so sad its all left behind to fall apart..it gave me tears.. You do such a great job guys.. love you guys 💞
Thank you so much Sheree, that means a lot to us! This place was absolutely fascinating. It is sad that all of his hard work and efforts are going to waste now. Much love back to you from us ♥ Maureno & Remon
Amazing and should be saved or auctioned. I love several of the pieces. Breaks my heart that all of that wonderful talent is going to waste. This decadence reminds me of Van Gogh. This guy needed an influential family member. Makes me want to cry. Thank you Explomo!!!
Makes me want to cry. Dont they have museums that these paintings could go to so they can be enjoyed by many instead of just decaying? So very sad. Artist see things we either take for granted or just dont see. Thank you for sharing.
Legal issues prevents that. There are storage units in Europe from the 1600s that only the long deceased have access to. They are like locked up museums that public will never see.
The house could have been passed down from an artist in the 30's to an artist in the 60-70's.Many artists could have lived together there. The last artist could have passed with no heirs and the last artist could have not had the money for upkeep. There are some valuable pai tings there.Monet's studio was found abandoned and then restored. The older landscapes and some of the portraits from the 30's are valuable. The portrait over the bed is probably a self portrait in the 60-70 time period. Many collectives for artists happened in this time period.I would love to do the research on these artists and house.Thank you for showing us! I enjoy your respect and wonder of these lost times.Which are like a time capsule!I love this explorer channel.
Of every abandoned video I have viewed this one really brought me alot of sadness. Despite the fact that this very talented, hoarding artist was such an amazing artist and collector of all types of artifacts, and self created artistry. It just brings to mind that no matter our talents or how much we acquire or accumulate during our lifetime, after we no longer exist, what was precious to us may mean nothing to anyone else. Just a great reminder that it isnot what we collect or how talented we are........ this does not determine where we will spend eternity. The only thing who determines our eternal destination is ourselves and the choices we make before passing on. Make the best decision for yourselves because as you may realize, as of recently........ it proves you just donot know when your time is coming. So choose wisely and very soon, so you know 100% where you will be spending eternity!!!!! 😊 The choice is yours and only yours. Make the right decision for yourself. Because this life is just a stepping stone to a much greater, perfect place!!! I can not even imagine cleaning this manor when it was alive and active. So many beautiful objects, everywhere!!! Left behind for Mother Nature to reclaim, thieves to steal, vandals to destroy and/or so many great respectful explorers to explore!!! 😊. Such a tragic end for so much proof of talent just left behind for the taking. Depending on who/what gets to it first. As always what a very well put together video. You both are very talented with the way you together respectively narrate, operate the camera, add the music and the final production of it all!!! Love watching you guys!! You rock!!! Keep it up. Loved this video.
Hi Maureno, Explomo, That's now already the third time I was watching the video about the incredible abandoned mansion of that French artist. - I fully agree to you, that by only taking a one time look, you simply cannot see everything. - There are so many items visible, that it is hardly believable, how this artist could collect all that stuff and how he was in his lifetime able to create so unbelievably many paintings - and by the way paintings of all imagineable styles and copies from real existing masterpieces as well as own creations. It just makes me somehow sad, that the aftermath (Great quote of your own words, Maureno!) of a somehow genious life is just sitting there to be left into oblivion and irreversible decay! - What an incredible waste! - I also loved your wonderful comment as well as the music choice for the background. - Excellent and very atmospheric! - Wonderful but also sad video! - I just have a question out of interest: Have you been together with the Bros of Decay at this location, because the same day (last Saturday), when you uploaded your video, Lesley also uploaded in the evening a video from exactly the same location? - Is this a coincidence? - Wishing you all the best, stay safe and take care! Peace, lots of blessings and kindest regards from still locked down Switzerland.
This was by far, one of the most interesting and disturbing explores I have seen. What a character this artist must have been. Would love to learn more about him. There must be some information written about him. Wish the govmt could take over and rescue some of these valuable things or let someone do so. Such a waste. I think there are many thousand paintings but they are not all done by him. Most artists have a collection of art from others. Thank you for going slowly with the camera. Missed Remon here.
What a lot of eclectic belongings. I love the wooden statues they are hauntingly beautiful in all that decay. I think this man had sheer madness for his passion and I would think there is about four to five thousand paintings in this Artists house.
I think the chap was a hobbyist painter rather than an artist by Looking at the canvases that there seemed a lot of,there may have been other artists who lived there at times as there is so much difference in styles and subjects..I do think he may have framed works of art and it looks like the first few rooms you showed us were set up as a display area ,so he may have sold others works of art and pieces he brought or had..But boy this was a huge find and a very interesting place to visit ..Stay safe 😀
Guys, we really loved this upload. Another awesome exploration Maureno. You and Remon have a very unique way of presenting a location. You both have a warm and loving dedication to your work that's truly genuine. We love you both. Stay safe and healthy guys. Peace and love. Jay and Lora :)
Thank you for showing us a great part of history in an Artist life and lifestyle..you did such a great job narrating and great video quality! Wishing you the best EX Man!
There are tons and tons of highly valuable things. This place should be secured asap. Before vandals, hoarders and robbers will find this place. Somebody should contact local authorities. There must be some relatives, and if not, the government must (yes-must) take care about it all, because it is their property now.
What a shame about the lovely paintings etc all is going to ruin in time love watching u going round and explaining about it all u show respect ur very kind explorer love to see some more of ur abanden places good job
This was the most fabulous tour ever! The man was a wild, intense artist and collector ,on fire with his imagination!I am an artist too and my place is full of many things I love....it fuels your creativity to have so many things around! Thank you so much!
This is so sad, all the hard work and meaning that went into his artwork, do they have any museums or such where you could tell someone about your discovery, it’s such a shame to let them rot. Great video amazing art, thank you Jackie New York USA 💋😍🥰
Hi bro IAM very happy to watch your videos... And very sad because such a huge and lovely paintings are left over without usage.... At least these paintings should be kept in museum... And waiting to watch your videos in TV....
Best video so far!! At least over 2000 paintings. So many amazing things to look at- I had to pause the program many times:) Maybe that head in the bedroom was the philosopher Socrates.....
I love this chanel!!
I'm pretty sure the art he possessed was the art if collecting. Its all the work of different artists from different ages. The ripped portrait if the man is circa 1914. I bet he spent most if his life at the flea market.
always love the intro♡☆,luv u too explomo,another great video,wow..what a lot of paints..an artist,..beautiful video,beautiful house but to shame it's abandoned..he spent so much time just for paint,btw 4thumbs up for explomo♡♡♡
At first I thought you discovered paintings and art that were lost during World War II, but you also found a lot of pottery typical of the 60's, including glass art. It was interesting to look at the travel souvenirs and statues found, as well as worthless plastic things. As you said: artists have an interesting life.
I think besides making a lot of art, this artist had so many interests, he collected all types of art and curiosities. I had a friend many years ago who was very similar in the way that he collected a variety of seemingly unrelated items. What a great find and sorry I missed your premiere! I was out taking photos for therapeutic reasons as you may remember from our previous conversations. Stay safe and peace be with you until next time!

there are so many valuable things, it is so sad to see everything abandoned. he collected glass , statues, paintings , books , art and so on.. great video explomo! i saw this house in another channel too
I want to say WOW and what a mess of things sitting around, I will never understand how people can live in such clutter. I guess that is just me though. I think that a lot of the painting and drawing and such were his but I think he may have collected art from others that he knew. Yes indeed I was thinking that same thing that he must have had children or grandchildren at some point with the few things laying around. It was truly an interesting find for sure, thank you for such a great video.
Hello from Kentucky, USA. This is the saddest explore that I've seen to date So much beautiful work being left to decay. My guess would be at least 5000 pieces.
Amazing find! One in a million! Wish there was a way to preserve the art this man dedicated his life to. How deeply touching and fascinating. Love your channel ❤️
One of the favorite things in your videos to me is the music. It’s not overpowering the video. It’s enjoyable. I wonder what type of life this man lived.
Omgoodness! This is such an unusual find! So very intriguing. And as you said, there are SO MANY questions about this place! So much I'd like to know. Wouldn't it be neat be able to see in the past as you stand there and watch the story unfold...see the place when it had life & was building it's story!!!???😁 I feel like the person might have been a hoarder & maybe even a world traveler given all the items from other places☺️ 🌎 This place is incredible and it's so hard to actually come up with the right words for it!! Great job Maureno..thanks for taking us on this adventure with you!❤😁👍🤙👊 PS..oh and I'm thinking like at least 5,000 paintings and a million books as well! Lol!!
I think this is one of my favorites!!! The condition of the home was amazing!!!! When I see homes left like this my mind just wonders why? Did they not have any family? Why hasn’t the art been claimed by there art world? So many unanswered questions! The art is beautiful! AND, I love the great care you took of the items when getting onto the chest!
Hi Maria, this was one of our favourites too! The remaining questions always lead these places to become mysterious and left to your own imagination. It's very hard and sad to imagine no one ever saved his belongings and all of his passionate art work. I'm happy to see you also noticed my cautious attitude to the belongings when I wanted to open the chest. We always want to leave everything in the way we find it and not demolish anything. Thank you and hope to see you at the next one! :D ♥ Maureno & Remon
My house is the same way, I being a painter all my life and now I am 71, and still painting.
I'm speechless, I'm a primitive artist, but the quality of art there is mind blowing. Like walking around in the artist's mind.
I'm an artist, and this place is seriously like a dream. I could spend days in there learning, studying and admiring. Absolutely incredible.
My worst fear is my work will be left behind like this

This amazing mansion, had over 50,000 paintings! And the freaking📚📖📓 BOOKS! Remon would have loved it Maureno! That split face art work, could be Caesar
I loved it! I definitely would have gone through EVERY single thing...except that last room with the male palaces. Awesome spectacular video. Like a giant artist musceum stuck in a time Capsule. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕🖌
💕One Trillion Likes to you! 😁👍🏻
Watching your videos everyday.
Keep it up Explomo ❤️ from India
What is the story and history of owner please tell. Love from India.
Good job GOD Bless you 👍👍👍👍🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼💯💯💯
More than 3000. You could spend hours in a place like that. I’m really loving this one! Awesome job!
Beautiful abandoned, i am Argentina!!!
Looks like he collected a lot of other artists work and just interesting items in general.
This needs to be acquired by a museum. Needs to be persevered. Some serious treasure. Don't steal any of it.
Much love back to you from us
♥ Maureno & Remon
Amazing and should be saved or auctioned. I love several of the pieces. Breaks my heart that all of that wonderful talent is going to waste. This decadence reminds me of Van Gogh. This guy needed an influential family member. Makes me want to cry. Thank you Explomo!!!
Ur right... Probably over a thousand.. Most definitely these should be in a museum... Beautiful!!💖
Hi Maureno, Explomo, That's now already the third time I was watching the video about the incredible abandoned mansion of that French
artist. - I fully agree to you, that by only taking a one time look, you simply cannot see everything. - There are so many items visible,
that it is hardly believable, how this artist could collect all that stuff and how he was in his lifetime able to create so unbelievably many
paintings - and by the way paintings of all imagineable styles and copies from real existing masterpieces as well as own creations.
It just makes me somehow sad, that the aftermath (Great quote of your own words, Maureno!) of a somehow genious life is just sitting there
to be left into oblivion and irreversible decay! - What an incredible waste! - I also loved your wonderful comment as well as the music
choice for the background. - Excellent and very atmospheric! - Wonderful but also sad video! - I just have a question out of interest: Have
you been together with the Bros of Decay at this location, because the same day (last Saturday), when you uploaded your video, Lesley
also uploaded in the evening a video from exactly the same location? - Is this a coincidence? - Wishing you all the best, stay safe and take care!
Peace, lots of blessings and kindest regards from still locked down Switzerland.
Dear friend you can inform the goverment or somebody that has a store with antiques to save that properties!!!!
It always makes me sad to see abandoned art. I am artistic myself & your creativity is precious. It’s sad to see it discarded & left to rot. 😢
Wow, this mansion is amazing. It needs to be turned into a museum or something
Totally agree! Wish there would be someone seeing this video and wanting to invest in the property and save its belongings :-)
26:33 statue on the wall called Barong (the Balinese Mythology) from Bali-Indonesia. Barong is the king of spirit and leader of the host of good. 😊
This was the most fabulous tour ever! The man was a wild, intense artist and collector ,on fire with his imagination!I am an artist too and my place is full of many things I love....it fuels your creativity to have so many things around! Thank you so much!
Wow! So many beautiful artwork and beautiful frame 👍 What a waste to be abandoned there.
This is so sad, all the hard work and meaning that went into his artwork, do they have any museums or such where you could tell someone about your discovery, it’s such a shame to let them rot. Great video amazing art, thank you
Jackie
New York USA 💋😍🥰
Hi bro IAM very happy to watch your videos... And very sad because such a huge and lovely paintings are left over without usage.... At least these paintings should be kept in museum... And waiting to watch your videos in TV....
Thank you young man. Greetings from Queens New York.BE SAFE.
Best video so far!! At least over 2000 paintings. So many amazing things to look at- I had to pause the program many times:) Maybe that head in the bedroom was the philosopher Socrates.....
I love this chanel!!
Thanks for taking the time to let people see the amazing homes that you get to explore.
More like this!! This is awesome! Best I've ever seen!
Thank you so much Fien! It means a lot to us. We are always out there exploring in seek of the most fascinating abandoned places :-)
Wow ,so many paintings!!!that is crazy ,mind blowing. Great video
Sometimes an artist will buy old cheap paintings for him to use the frames.
And all sign 'm himself??
Fortunately, if you look at these paintings they are in similar style. Not everyone is a sleezy cheat. Good point but I think evil mind.
Artists will buy cheap art and not only reuse the frame but repaint the canvas also. Being an artist is expensive!
I can tell you from personal experience that is more profitable to buy and frames than your artwork🤣
Amira RamadhaniA Thank you so much Amira and much love from us! ❤️
Wow - AMAZING find!! Thank you for sharing!
Anna Sharon Always our deepest pleasure Anna :D take care!
At first I thought you discovered paintings and art that were lost during World War II, but you also found a lot of pottery typical of the 60's, including glass art. It was interesting to look at the travel souvenirs and statues found, as well as worthless plastic things. As you said: artists have an interesting life.
Me encantó tu vídeo,el paso del tiempo dejo sus huellas, saludos desde Argentina Córdoba 🤗😘
Such an amazing find. Love how you take your time & take it all in. Thank you for the share.
I wish they could put the paintings in a museum. Some great pottery pieces.Appreciate the rare chance to see though it made me sad.
Hi explomo , now this is by far one of my favourite places , this was my idea of art heaven , it was amazing and beautiful , just mind blowing , thank you guys for sharing such a wonderful find , love your channel you never disappoint with any of your videos , THANK YOU. keep safe .
there are so many valuable things, it is so sad to see everything abandoned. he collected glass , statues, paintings , books , art and so on.. great video explomo! i saw this house in another channel too
He was a true artist he experimented with different styles!
Thanks guys for this. Amazing eclectic style in his collection of things.
Maravilhada com esta narrativa! Parabéns!! Beijo do Brasil!
So much stuff...it’s insane it was all just left behind!
Totally agree Rebecca! Hope you enjoyed this episode again. Thank you for watching and see you at the next one! Best wishes, Maureno & Remon :-)
mBYre had to be easily 2 thousand works of art you showed us. Many thank yous
Hi & I Love you guys! I'm a new subscriber!! Who else is binge watching these shows every night cause I am!!! Wonderful job you guys do!!
I felt compelled to thank you for this absolutely fascinating abandoned treasure!!! First time I have ever commented!
♥ Maureno & Remon
Wow guys! Great work as usual with your videos. I really enjoy your camera work and narration. This location was awesome!
