    It’s no wonder many people that invest in Tesla also appreciate Palantir in their building a culture, innovating like a startup, hard-working, belief in the leader and believe in changing the world as we know it!

    This is what I like about PLTR... The CEO hires high functioning people and enables them to do what they do best. This is about knowing what you need to achieve and hiring accordingly. This is a sign of a really good CEO.

    But I do have some honest concerns now. Does pltr compensate you and other “retail investor leaders” in any form, like reimbursing you for their conferences or giving you some shares because you are doing “ir contractor” work? I would like to ask because I want 100% honesty and unbias from you retail investor leaders, instead of you serving for the company to trick us. We have deep concerns that pltr management getting investors diluted too much, getting themselves huge amount of rsu, and not doing large buyback with their huge cash. This all comes at the cost of retail investors hard earning money. Don’t want this to turn out to be a fiasco.

      If you really think a multi billion dollar company needs to pay/compensate someone to hype their company you are far from understanding things. More importantly it is illegal for a exchanged company to do it without full disclosure. As for shares to employees it is done to keep talent. Palantir has been around for 20 years. It doesn’t need Amit’s 34k followers to promote it. He only helps us to get more informed.

      @@amitinvesting No work-life balance, most people there are >=5 years, meaning the new hires don't stay there long since the company came IPO...

      ​@@ArtykomHryrespectfully disagree. Their employees could be so driven that they rather work. Like Amit said, their employees enjoy working there. It's not like they are being forced or itd reflect on their perf eval. On your employee tenure point, it doesnt make sense that you said its red flag that they have no work life balance yet their retention is high lol. And Karp said they are starting to high more as demand is increasing BUT their value has to align with the company's value.

      @@brunohung4411 I don't think you quite understood what I was saying about the problem with >= 5 years ... that is if the majority is there that long it means that new people don't stay there long enough (In general it seems the 5 year would about separate those that were there before IPO and those that were there after IPO)... Also if you ask someone what they do in free time and they tell you something like "I don't have a free time, I work all the time" then I don't feel it's exactly good 🤷‍♂.
      On the other hand I don't work there so I don't know for sure, but it's what I am getting from how Amit is talking about it ...

      Some people like a cushy, moderatelty paid 9 to 5 government job with weekends off and no accountability, and some people like to work and grind at something they have a passion for and with a strong potential to be filthy rich. Each his own Arty

    I'm really invested in Palantir, my biggest position. But what I wonder is why is it so difficult to replicate what Palantir has done. The ontology, if this is a framework, can't it be replicated if say microsoft throw 100 engineers at it?

    I find it hard to believe they would go so far into a project with Google and not move forward with it to shut it down at the end. I’m sure there manager would know what is going on and inform upper management on the project there team is working on just to be honest

    I disagree with the growth not enough. If they can sustain 20% growth over a longer time horizon id rather let my money compound there than a super high growth that then stagnates and then has to return value to shareholder via dividends and buybacks only.

    I totally agree with you on ontology. This is also what I understand in the very beginning. Ontology is not easy to do, although it is not theoretically fancy.
