The idea of flexible shifts of allowing work from home more often creating a balance between being in the office and also working from home few days a week or month needs to be implemented on a larger scale. Let us create a new normal that incorporates the lessons from the current situation.
It would be wonderful for the human virus to change, to become less harmful, rather than returning to normal. As you so beautifully showed us, just a short time with less human influence, we see so clearly how much our planet has tolerated us, and how eagerly it returns to blue skies and clear waters. Taiwan and UK at present , May 2020, are 2 totally opposite planets avid Corona Virus. Here in London , city is till hard locking down. NO hustle, no life at the moment as we are facing the 5th week of hard lock down. You guys living in Taiwan now can still enjoy normal life. That is very precious moment on this planet at the moment. treasure it!!! embrace it.!!! life will never be the same after this lock down. unless the caccine shows up tomorrow. I feel sufficated by just walking out the house, scared that i will catch the COvid 19 virus in the air.
I couldn’t agree with what you said more brother. I wonder if Taiwan would have been better off in a lockdown too as I feel our days are the same as they’ve always been and the rest of the world may come out of this stronger but things might not be much different here in Taiwan 🇹🇼. I do think the Taiwanese people could use a break from work LOL but I’m glad the economy is not suffering here like it is in the rest of the world. I am obviously grateful that we are safe too.

Wes, great thoughts. We are now like 5-year-olds having play-doh in front of us. In our youthful naivety, our naturally clumsy little hands may mess up the flash of genius from the artist or engineer in us. But before the morning after arrives, nothing should hold back our imagination. And re-imagination over and over thereafter.

watching this in remember day today here in Canada , because of the virus spreading , the first time ever i didnt go to the remembers day ceremony , and i miss my church family as well , however I found without human disturbing , there are less impact on the environment , I live not that far from downtown toronto , this year i have spot dears and turkeys roaming in empty parking lot and I have heard because lack of tourist , there are many turtles in south America and south east Asia able to lay eggs in empty beaches , i think sometimes we have to rethink our relationship with environment, esp in this moment , and i hope you keeping yourself safe and healthy also .
Great point of view! We surely do not want to see more lives lost yet, because of this slowdown, our environment is recovering. I even saw a video clip showing penguins waggling in Cape Town city just recently. Lots of things to rethink. We also need to think about people who rely on labor intensive work and cannot work from home. Anyway, this episode is thought-provoking in a positive way, plus excellent photography. watching this in remember day today here in Canada , because of the virus spreading , the first time ever i didnt go to the remembers day ceremony , and i miss my church family as well , however I found without human disturbing , there are less impact on the environment , I live not that far from downtown toronto , this year i have spot dears and turkeys roaming in empty parking lot and I have heard because lack of tourist , there are many turtles in south America and south east Asia able to lay eggs in empty beaches , i think sometimes we have to rethink our relationship with environment, esp in this moment , and i hope you keeping yourself safe and healthy also .
Great point of view! We surely do not want to see more lives lost yet, because of this slowdown, our environment is recovering. I even saw a video clip showing penguins waggling in Cape Town city just recently. Lots of things to rethink. We also need to think about people who rely on labor intensive work and cannot work from home. Anyway, this episode is thought-provoking in a positive way, plus excellent photography. I like it very much. Thanks for making this clip!

經由這次的疫情，我開始驚覺確實一切都回不去了，我們以前要的日常到底有多少是我們必須要的，什麼只是虛榮的浪費，以前的我是多驕縱任性，忘了昂貴的精品並不會比單純的美景更美；我的伴侶買我喜歡的禮物給我那種喜悅，我其實更喜歡他上街閒逛的時候牽著我的手，踏實的幸福。
我們回不去了，即便台灣沒有被疾病摧殘，我們也理解，新世界新的日常，不會因為解藥和疫苗，就能回去，已經更新了版本就是新版了
