    love it! The way people discuss this topic like it's going to kill you to stack different brands is hilarious. any solution that keeps them from sliding around will be just fine.

    Good idea...but I would use a ratcheting strap to combine both machines together

    Trying this today 😂 we got a rubber mat to Put in between to absorb vibration and prevent sliding, gonna add this to help secure it

      Sarah, did you remove the leveling legs on the dryer as you would if you were using a stacking kit?

    Will definitely be trying this today. Bought a GE washer and dryer that “aren’t compatible” to stack with the kit you can buy, I will update you on how it goes :) Thank you for this video! It has been such a hassle trying to find a kit that works

    What's the longest period of time that you've been able to keep the taped together washer/dryer stacked without needing to reposition or reinforce them?

      3 years and going. It just stacked and steady and doesn't move, very stable and going strong.
