First of all it's not an easy movie!! ഇതൊരു psychological-socio-political ത്രില്ലറാണ്.ഈ സിനിമ മുഴുവൻ മനസിലാകാൻ രണ്ടു തവണ കാണേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.ആദ്യ കാഴ്ചയിൽ തോന്നുന്ന lag second time തോന്നില്ല എന്നത് അത്ഭുതം തന്നെ ആണ്. എല്ലാവര്ക്കും ഒരു പോലെ ഇഷ്ട്ടപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു ചിത്രമാവും എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നില്ല. പക്ഷെ എന്റെ All Time Favorite Movie ആണ് ഇത്.

Mammootty is the soul of this movie. He once again proves that he can pull it off characters that requires higher dimensions with absolute ease.Subtle and Intensive!!! One of the most versatile and brilliant actors of all time!!!ഒരു പക്ഷെ മമ്മൂട്ടി അല്ലായിരുന്നു C.K രാഘവനായി അഭിനയിച്ചെതെങ്കിൽ ഈ Greatness ഈ സിനിമയ്ക്കു കിട്ടുമായിരുന്നോ എന്ന് സംശയിച്ചു പോകുന്നു,കാരണം അങ്ങനെ ഒരു കഥാപാത്രത്തെ Convincing ആക്കുക എന്നത് ഒരു ചെറിയ കാര്യമല്ല!! Aparna Gopinath also does a credible job. Everyone else in the movie also did finest justice to their roles. Unni .R the script writer of this movie, he is just brilliant!!! It's not easy to convey a lot of ideas in a movie without losing it's seriousness!!! Just absolute brilliance!!!Venu, the director, in his second movie he gives a pragmatic warning to the audience and to the society, looking forward to see him as a director in more movies!!! മമ്മൂട്ടി എന്ന നടനെ മലയാള സിനിമ ശരിക്കും ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന് സംശിയിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒരു performance ആണ് ഇത്. ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിൽ നിന്നും ഇനിയും ഒരുപാട് അതിഗംഭീര കഥാപാത്രങ്ങൾ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു അതിനുള്ള range മമ്മൂട്ടിക്കുണ്ട്!!!

This is an underrated gem of a movie. Mammookka lives as CK Raghavan. Amazing acting, especially towards the climax. Aparna Gopinath also gave a strong performance. It's not everyone's movie, might not connect with everyone.. you have to think a little out of the box to properly understand and enjoy this great film.

സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിനു തടസ്സമായതിനെ പറിച്ച് മാറ്റണം എന്ന് രാഖവൻ പറയുന്നുണ്ട്. ഓരോ വ്യക്തിക്കും അവരുടെ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യവും സന്തോഷവും വലുതാണ്‌. ആവരുടെ പ്രതികരണവും വ്യത്യസ്തമാവും. രാഖവൻ പ്രതികരിച്ചത് അഞ്ജലിയെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കിയും.
That point of time when Anjali looks up at Raghavan who is Christmas tree tall, sees his creepy smile and then the blow on the head.Phew!!! That kind of left me awestruck.

Awesome climax. Never in my wildest thought I expected like this. A very different depiction of psychic character. Only after that climax could we connect everything CV Raghavan says - that his insecurity is with his freedom and he is happy to be in his world of freedom. Mind blowing. What a climax. Aparna Gopinath appeared so seasoned and natural. Mamootty is where perfection ends; nothing more can perfect it further..... He depicts every inch of the pycho C K Raghavan.
A very brilliant movie!!! One of the best... the ending was superb, makes u think about perception vs. reality. My only issue with the movie is Aparna Gopinath's role as a journalist. If her character was writing a book and was so pressed for time to meet the deadline and Raghavan was not writing down a single word, then as a journalist the natural thing would be to interview Raghavan, ask questions about the incident and get started with the book herself. It's so ridiculous that she expected Raghavan to write the whole book in Malayalam and her only job was to translate it to English and edit it. That makes no sense. Just as she did with the article for IMAGE magazine, she should have continued with the interviewing Raghavan/doing research on her own and write the book as opposed to Raghavan writing a whole book and she was merely going to translate it to English. That's not what journalists do, that's what book editors and translators do. The main job of a journalist is to RESEARCH/WRITE.

Brilliant performance by mammooty sir. The last scene .... his evil smirk ... Just creeped the hell outta me. Never seen him do this sorta role b4. The actual movie was slow and didn't do it for me, but his performance thru out the movie and the climax was excellent. I was gobsmacked with his last expression. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
വളരെ നല്ല സിനിമ . ജീവിതം ഒരു കഥയിലൂടെ മനസ്സിലാക്കി തരാന്‍ ആരെക്കൊണ്ടും കഴിയില്ല . പക്ഷേ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം ജീവിതത്തില്‍ ഒരു വ്യക്തിയെ എത്ര ത്തോളം ബാധിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കി തരുകയാണ് ഇതിലൂടെ. ഒരു സാധാരണ കുടുംബ ജീവിതം നയിക്കുന്ന ഏതൊരു വ്യക്തിയും സമൂഹത്തില്‍ നേരിടുന്ന പല തരത്തിലുള്ള പ്രശ്നങ്ങളെ ഒരു കഥയിലൂടെ പറയുകയാണ് ഇവിടെ സംവിധായകന്‍ . അന്യായമായ പല കാര്യങ്ങളും സമൂഹത്തില്‍ കണ്ടാലും, നമ്മുടെ സ്വന്തം ജീവിതത്തില്‍ അനുഭവിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നാലും നമുക്ക് മുന്നില്‍ രണ്ടു വഴികളുണ്ട്. 1. എല്ലാം സഹിക്കുകയോ, ക്ഷമിക്കുകയോ, മറക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുക. 2. അതിനെ പ്രതികരിക്കുക.
പലരും പല രീതിയിലായിരിക്കും പ്രതികരിക്കുക. പക്ഷേ രാഘവന്റെ രീതി തീർത്തും വ്യത്യസ്തമാണ് , അത് സ്വന്തം സ്വാർതഥക്കു വേണ്ടി മറ്റുള്ളവരെ ചൂഷണം ചെയ്യുകയും, വ്യക്തി സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തെ പോലും അടിച്ചമർത്തുകയും , പണത്തിനും പദവിക്കും വേണ്ടി മറ്റുള്ളവരെ ചവിട്ടി അരക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഉള്ള മുന്നറിയിപ്പാണ് . ഇത് ഒരു കഥയായി കണ്ട് രാഘവന്‍ എങ്ങിനെയാണ് പലതും ചെയ്തത് എന്ന് ചിന്തിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ഇത് മനസ്സിലാകില്ല. അതിനുമപ്പുറം ഇതില്‍ പല കാര്യങ്ങളും ഒളിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അതു ചികഞ്ഞെടുക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചാല്‍ അതിലെ പല രംഗങ്ങളും മനസ്സില്‍ നിന്ന് വിട്ടു പോകില്ല .

Mammootty does not look like the character who is someone spent 20 yrs in prison. All the philosophies in this movie, I think most people heard it before it nothing new. Aparna become fascinated with Ragavan very quickly, thats unrealistic why? He is there for killing two women for her to become so close freinds with him that quickly, not real, no way. Aparnas role as journalist is not convincing and the friendship with Raghvan is also not convincing. This is a horrible movie, slow and waste of time. Raghavan character was not acted well, the character looks like actor mammotty, hair style, some changes in mannerism but not good enough. Aparnas clothing not good, jubba she is wearing in every scene.

പടം കണ്ടു മനസ്സിലാവാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് 2 തവണ കണ്ടു ഒരു കാര്യം മനസ്സിലായി... സൈക്കോ എന്നത് ഒരു പ്രത്യേക അവസ്ഥ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ആളുകൾ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ലിംഗത്തിൽ പെട്ടവരോട് ആവാം കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടത് 3 ഉം സ്ത്രീകൾ ആണ് അത്കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ അയാൾക്ക് സ്ത്രീകൾ അയാളുടെ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം അടക്കി നിർത്തുന്നതും ആഞ്ജാപിക്കുന്നതും ഇഷ്ടമല്ലാത്ത ഒന്നാണ്... പക്ഷേ ജയിലിൽ അങ്ങനെ അയാൾക്ക് തോന്നിയില്ലെന്ന് വേണം കരുതാൻ നെടുമുടി വേണു ന്റെ കൂടെ ജോലി ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ തോന്നാത്ത ഒന്ന് ഷേവ് ചെയ്യുന്ന ആൾ പറഞ്ഞത് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടാത്ത ഒന്ന് അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള ചിലത് അയാൾക്ക് പ്രകോപനം ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ ഉള്ളത് ആയിരുന്നില്ല...

ഒരോ വ്യക്തിയിലും ഒരു രാഘവന്‍ ഉണ്ട്! കണ്ണാടി പോലെ എന്തും തനിക്കു കാണണമല്ലോ. എന്തിനെ ആണോ വെറുക്കുന്നത് അതിനെ മുന്നില്‍ ഒരു തടസ്സമായി നില്‍ക്കാൻ താന്‍ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്നൊരു ചിന്താഗതി ഇതില്‍ ഉണ്ട്! ഇതൊരു 'മുന്നറിയിപ്പ്' അല്ല.. മറിച്ച്..
