Im 21, and have endured verbal emotional and mental abuse from my mother. Leaving me suicidal, filled with self hatred, trauma and self destructive patterns, I am healing much of it now, but it is hard to access my deep wounds and feelings/ my gifts because my body has drastically shut down to protect me. I recently found a good therapist who is helping me work through things. Recently my Yoni and pelvic floor started cramping and hurting. It hurt so bad that I could not sleep for a couple of days. I looked up some holistic ways to heal, and I have been doing different poses and yoga to release the trauma from my sacral and root area. Also my Saturn is in the 8th house, governing reproductive health issues. Anyway I have been trying to awaken my sacral chakra for a really long time in meditation, but the pain flare ups showed me that I needed much deeper physical therapy for it, which makes sense. Also my dad is the closer parent to me, and I usually tell him more personal information about my life, but he isn't really into all the spiritual and magical philosophies like I am, and usually negates them. So keeping it to myself is best. I hope so badly that my sacral and root chakra get activated. I have dreamt of a kundalini awakening many times before, and hope its in my souls journey. But just having them properly function would be nice..Also my life path number is 8, ( number of power). my nature is very over giving, and I usually never get that kind of treatment back. I have been cutting a lot of people out, and It has been quite lonesome, but necessary. I also come off very shy, sweet and innocent , even though I know how deeply powerful I am. I am connected to the wisdom of the earth, its like each step I take I am connected to the spirit of the whole forest, the root systems, the ancientness of the stones and the plant spirits in the sky. My soul is incredibly ancient. It has been shown to me that I have had many different lives as sourceres, magicians, shamans, witches, and spiritual leaders.
