The mental health providers don't give a fuck. 99% of the time they think you're lying about what's goin on with you.

Best advice for a Veteran is to get away from the VA and find help elsewhere. The mental health program there is a recipe for suicide. Been there dealing with it.

Me and my husband was just talking about that. I had no idea until I started going with him. They don't care and it's sad.

It's very hard to find good therapy. The AIMS app is a little old, but you can start making better habits.
      Free App.
      Try to get community care.
One thing I noticed is that going to a more liberal area may help.
That may not work for some states.
Lastly, I would go to Church, wherever they have life groups.
North Coast Church is online with sermons, homework from what the sermon was. I went to church for the first time- after going to my military schooling.

I’m going through hypnotherapy school specifically because I want to help veterans who are suffering because it’s not fair that they risk their life for our freedom but yet they can’t get free from their demons

For the Flint clinic try 4 to 5 weeks of wait time! If you want a real diagnosis of medical condition good luck, all they can handle is basic preventative care....
