I love the Football League Trophy. I have an idea on how to add to the trophy. Invite all Scottish Premier sides who have not qualified for Europe, plus a selection of Welsh Premier sides into the Football League Trophy. The Scottish have alllowed Welsh, Irish, and English sides into the Scottish Challenge Cup. So Uefa allow things like this. Also the Scots sides could play in the Northern section, and the Welsh sides in the Southern section. It would be great fun to have a cross border cup on top of European and domestic football. I want the Scottish and Welsh to keep their own leagues but have across border games on top.
