Great video! I love my Zoe but it's a 2016 model with 22kwh battery so a range of near 100 miles in summer and maybe 75/80 in cooler weather. Range is fine for me but for a long city to city trip I catch the train!

Ich habe auch einen Renault ZOE, fahre den meist im Eco Mode und brauche derzeit im Schnitt 13,7 kWh/100 km und das bei einer deutlich höheren Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit und Landstraße/Autobahn/Ortschaft Mix. Langweilig fahre ich dabei nicht. (außer Autobahn) Ist aber sicher auch kein "Rekordwert". Ich tricks allerdings auch nicht beim Reifendruck oder verzichte auf die Klimaautomatik.
20,1 kWh/100 km? 39/100? Ist schon derbe, allerdings sind diese Angaben bei so kurzen Strecken nicht unbedingt ernst zu nehmen. Bei mir ist das ein Durchschitt von vierstelligen km. Ich bin bei 86/100.
Kürzlich bin ich von Rödermark nach Friedberg gefahren und zurück. Bedingt durch Baustellen kam das durch Umwege auf 95 km. Am Ende waren noch 47% Ladung im 2,5 Jahre alten Akku. Daraus ergibt sich eine theoretische Reichweite von ca. 180 km beim genannten Fahrprofil. Ach ja, drei Erwachsene im Auto.
Hört sich gut an, danke dass du deine Erfahrungen hier weitergibst ! Wie ist das mit dem Aufladen an einer normalen 230V Steckdose ? Dauert das wirklich so ewig ? Ich denke mal für mich als Pendler der einfach ca. 35KM fährt sollte das Wägelchen doch taugen oder ? Ich fahre die hälfte davon AB aber nur einen Abschnitt auf dem nur 120 und 100 Km/h erlaubt sind.

Ich habe selbst noch nie an einer 230V Steckdose geladen, aber wir reden hier von 10A (2,3 kW) und relativ hohen Ladeverlusten bei so niedrigen Strömen bei der ZOE. Da sind nicht viel mehr als ca. 10 km pro Stunde Ladung drin. Die Angaben von Renault auf deren Prospekt bzw. Website sind da realistisch. Ich selbst habe 22 kW in der Garage. Da ist das Teil flott wieder einsatzbereit und die Ladeverluste gering. ;)
Wer im wesentlichen an der Steckdose laden will/muß, ist da vielleicht besser mit einen Nissan Leaf beraten. Da sind die Ladeverluste bei niedrigem Strom geringer, aber besonders schnell lädt man 2,3 kW nun mal so oder so nicht.

What are the buttons you press from time to time beside the gearshift?
There are three buttons in total. One is for switching the ECO-mode on and off. The other two probably are related to the cruise control, but we could not figure it out properly.
The button with the three positions is indeed for cruise control. Middle position: off, the other two allow for two different modes of cruise control. One will keep the speed you select but allow for manual acceleration, the other will limit the speed to what you select.

Wr125r-RIDER Man kann zwischen 3 Sounds auswählen (Hab' den auch direkt geändert). Genau wie bei der Fußgängerhupe. (Welche man auch ausschalten kann)
kann man den Zoe auch mit elektrisch oeffnendem Schiebedach bekommen ?
Soweit ich weiß gibt es beim Zoe generell kein Glasdach. Weder ein Öffnendes noch Panoramadach.

The fact that your sitting position is not good is annoying me... you are stretching your entire arms to steer in a corner which is awful...
Yeah well, we are aware of that. This is not our usual sitting position while driving in private. But in order to achieve this perspective, where the windscreen and the steering wheel fit inside the frame, it is unfortunately necessary to sit a little further back than comfortable.

Birdman Rich Gang Yeah but there are some other nice alternatives (Bio fuel, LPG). Listening to your engine while you drive a car is like half the experience, especially if you drive manual. For me at least.
I guess that using economic energy and a more economic mantainance is also boring. And this is the future. I guess that in some year people will call you an oldtimer XD

Soll ja auch kein Dragster sein sondern ein günstiger Pendler. Es muss endlich in unsere Köpfe dass sich die Zeit der PS und Hubraumstarken Spritschleudern dem jähen Ende zuneigt. Klar mag das vielleicht nicht so Spaßig aussehen wie ein fetter Camaro V8 aber in Zukunft wird man schon froh sein sich irgendwie die Mobilität erhalten zu können. Dann spielen die heutigen Ressentiments gegen die eMobilität nur noch eine Nostalgische und untergeordnete Rolle.
Funhubble Das is aber scheiße wenn der spaß auf der strecke bleibt und man brauch keinen V8 um spaß zu haben ich persönlich fahre einen Citroen C2 (VTS) mit 1.6 liter motor und 122PS der geht in schlanken 8,8 sekunden auf 100 und läuft ein bissel über 200 km/h und du willst mir erzählen das von so welchen motoren die welt zu grunde geht? mal abgesehen davon das der saft für die möhre die renault auto nennt ausm kraftwerk kommt.
5689Master Das mit dem V8 war natürlich ein Extrembeispiel in Sachen Spaß. Das was du jetzt geschrieben hast habe ich gar nicht gemeint. Ich hab doch geschrieben wenn das Öl Geschichte ist. Dann läuft dein Sparsamer 1,6 L Motor auch nimmer :-)

That's maybe for this reason that they work with Daimler AG, the Citan is a Kangoo, the Smart Forfour/Renault Twingo share the same engines, platform, gearbox and 70% of components...
