Also please ignore any and all disrespectful or destructive criticism. It seems like members often get hate comments and disrespectful criticism when they don't perform perfectly. It always hurts my heart to see them mention the criticism on the show, often hateful comments that make them cry and once even caused a member to want to quit. Heartbreaking.
