Dziekuje bardzo!Благодарю!CZESC.
I enjoyed this video
I bought mine ( Japanese willow made ) way back in 1977 .I set it in my concrete garage floor. Its still there . I stopped in training in 1980 but carried in with the maki mainly for breathing and exercise to get the heart rate up.Great to take up.
I love seeing some new training tips. Thanks
Thank you. This channel is all about sharing my ideas and motivation to everyone.

Thanks. I hope it gave you a few ideas to train.
@@karatemahinay I’ve only been doing Uechi-Ryu for a year and I did get some inspiration from this vid! I will keep training!
@@squifflessquaffles6339 a year is a long time. Keep training my brother. I’ve only been training for 11 years, am too is also a beginner still.
@@karatemahinay Thanks for the encouragement! I hope to practice for a lifetime.
@@squifflessquaffles6339 Gambatte!!!
Very nice. Can you please tell me what you used to cut the tire?
It was already built by my Sensei. But I believe a sawsall was used.
Be carefull: you raise your shoulder while doing tsuki. Keep it down. Still a great training. Thanks for that video.
Thank you for the advice. I do have bad habits. I am working on them. I appreciate it.
@@karatemahinay Don't worry. We all have bad habbits, no matter the level. And when we get rid of them we create new ones. That's why there is only one path: training, with others.
@@gollum4739 That’s right. This why I’ve decided to share. Me putting myself out there leave myself open to with both good and bad constructive criticisms. Moments like this is, is why I do. Thank you for taking the time and give knowledge. I am student nevertheless and any positive advise I will take them.
@@karatemahinay Thanks to you. Sharing is the essence of karate.
Excelente!!!
Gracias.
Got a video on how to make one of these?
I’m sorry I don’t. This was built by my Sensei back in the 90’s
Не хотел бы я выловить мае-гери от этого парня 😢😮

Está socando, levantando o ombro. Vai ter uma contusão.
obrigado pelo conselho.
The best najuwara is a bag. Makiwara is good for nothing.
I agree and disagree. There’s benefits to both and just like tools, if you know how to use them it will lead to success. I do use both and each has it purpose. Thank you for your observation.
Not sure i agree with that .I used mine for years and the guys at my dojo very rarely stopped my punches .And complained about my hard blocks.Ir sure toughen up your hands and arms.
Pésima técnica!! No hay una postura del cuerpo y las técnicas son deficientes.
Thank you for your insights. I’ll work to get better.
Put a pad on it, then you can hit it hard.
