Firstly, I hope you do realize that he is Italian and that English is not his first language. Secondly, there is no point in being mean about someone else's accent. Instead, you could applaud the fact that he is speaking other languages. And thirdly, if you wanted to be truly smart in your comment you could've used the phonic writing, which is not "TOU", it is /tu:/

If everyone does like you (which is not to say anything), some Italian person (or other) will never learn the proper pronunciation of certain words.
