One of the best versions of this piece I’ve heard, it’s amazing to hear what a world class band can do compared to a small town band such as mine.
Glorious piece, well played!
A favourite that I love playing clarinet in band. Amazing version that i listen to often when in concert band mode 👏🏾😁
Good stuff! We played a timbrel march to this back in the 90’s
Awesome version. Love the groove they have!!!
That was awesome! Played this in band last night for the first time.
Great performance. Thank you
Great playing , so tight. Great Flugel.
Bravo! If your foot ain't tappin' after that, get some oxygen.
Nice dynamic progression
Great rendition rivalled only by Grimethorpe colliery band who do a fab take on this brass classic.
Dat conductor dance during the solo
I didn't know that band masters also got rests
this song has always sounded better with a full trap set with a drummer really driving the beat. rumor has it Barrie Gott sat in sometime around 1990 and played the trap set with the GA conservatory band that year.........i know because i was there.
Ha! You rumor spreader!Say, that name's familiar. Didn't Barrie Gott write this funeral piece?🥹 Oooooooo! Awesome rumor
