When I was in elementary school in Washington DC I was a Safety Patrol (you know, the kids that would direct their peers to cross the street safely). We used to get free tickets to the famous Howard Theater to see wonderful entertainers like James Brown, the Temptations, Gladys Knight and the Pips, etc. Didn't realize how blessed I was until much later in life to be able to see these greats in person.

Every single part of this is tight as fk....the band is playing there stuff at full wack...the command james has over them..just mind blowing good...no dought prob could be over working them etc..but after all is said and done ...and the sun goes down...look at the results...... just absolute class... can't touch this level these days...you can get near it ..but ya can't pull it under.. the skill of those guys ...still amazing to watch

The entire building was in darkness. The curtains were closing as he was singing and dancing, and the single spotlight turned into a strobe light. The most incredible thing I've ever seen. The entire audience exploded in screams.
