I can't tell you how many times the lowest MMR player with terrible items instantly locks jungles. It's madness.
I got a random espeon teammate who did 0 damage, took 0 damage and has 0 healing. The funny thing is he wasn’t even afk. He was just farming during entire game and using unite on wild pokemons. I am still traumatised.

Yeah, basic wild Pokemon don't contribute to the stats report, only opposing team and objectives.

I feel like they should lock out the glasses for physical attackers so it cant even be picked
Or if they select glasses, then the play button should be locked
And block the exp share for Pokemon that don't need it cause I always see exp share zoroarks.

Clearly they have the glasses to up their special attack, so that they get more healing from their shell-bell. It's genius when you think about it😂
But how much is the actual increase?
The game should warn you when you use items that are meant for special attackers on attackers and same with the other way around
there is nothing worse than watching a random solo queue, scroll through their entire dex of mons and EVERYONE has a trash build.
Respect to you for still being able to keep your sanity playing that match. I had a Pikachu taking my jungle then proceeded to abandon it after 2nd rotation.

*Surprisingly* their win rate is over 50% however their Zoroark winrate is like 43%. That build just the tip of the iceberg of their other Pokémon builds. Just imagine if we could see emblem builds too.
The icing on the cake would have been a gold badge.

I had the same thing happen to me with a Zeraora on my team, and I REALLY hate to say it, but he had moments where he helped the team alot with zoning. He kept running to the other side of the map, and actually distracted the enemy team. On the one hand, I won the match. On the other hand....his build also won the match....ugh
To be fair, Zoroark in the mainline games is a special attacker, same for Duraludon and Greninja. Not a good enough excuse for these trashy builds tho
i took a long break from pokemon and when i saw this comment i began questioning my sanity and deadass thought zoroark was actually a special attacker for a few seconds

Zoroark is mixed in mainline tho so they should be running both items at least

He was trying to implement the spragels theory about "you can win even without a held item"
The problem is that even if you are in master rank, you can still enter elite games, they have to fix that
This is nothing compared to that time when i got 3 glasses owl in my game who also proceeds to 360 no scope snipe rayquaza to win us the game

I played with Goodra last night with Attack Weight, Rocky Helmet, and Weakness Policy. It's like having no items, but with extra steps.

Untrue I had a good build with using A9 with rapid scarf muscle band and focus band and you use dazzling gleam and aurora veil and attack potion, you freeze enemies so fast and get so much buffs... I'm gonna try it out again 😊
@@cottonmouthasmr8713 that’s true forgot about that honestly. It would at-least help if they could give more info on how items work with different pokemon. Maybe explain that special attack specs on tyranitar wouldn’t be the smartest setup

Yesterday I played with a jungle stealing trick/phantom force hoopa with assault vest, razor claw, score shield and goal getter. To top it off he wasn't at a single team fight or ray

There was a time when triple glasses was the first recommendation of ace trainers for Zoroark according to the game.
I had a leafeon that only had sp att items and a delphox with razor att weight and muscle. 🤦♂️ in 18-2k lobbies 😭

I've been taking screenshots of every time I see a dumb build in unite. So far I have about fifty photos of things ranging from crit Mr mime, Specs zeraora, a mammo with only Leftovers, and who can forget focus band weakness policy exp share on Gardevoir.
My teammates were horrible this season, is the first in 5 seasons that I don't get to masters, no matter how much u tank or heal or damage u deal is not enough to 1x9 a game

I prefer seeing someone with no items over someone with the wrong items. No items makes me think it’s someone good doing a challenge. Wrong items= means new player

Bro I don't have that much crit emblems so i use 6 white and 6 brown emblems . I am confused which item should i use on dragonite razor claw or rapid fire scarf . Scarf charges hyper beam faster but claw give extra crit . Which should i use ?? . ( I was using scarf till now)

I was in a match in master 1200s with a guy who brought a cinderace with leftover and exp share
I've been stuck in ultra, so my teammates have consistently had horrible builds and were bad players in general.
that's so relatable I just lost 3 ranked ultra matches in a row where I was mvp twice and 2nd place on the other one
I see this every match i play, so that really suck

Fortunately you are not using voicechat. Every time I point out these suboptimal choices, I get the ban hammer.
And tbh, in a regular pokemon game, Zoroark is a specially-based mixed attacker and Leftovers are OP.

I don't know what's happened to the matchmaking these past few seasons, but.... This is the first season after a year of playing that I've had a sub 50 percent ranked winrate. I've just about quit the game the past few weeks. However new balance changes give me hope.

I had a game with zoroark AND talonflame with spa items and leftovers
And it's always the squishy one who have messed up held items 🤣. For example; Leftovers, Decidueye randomly have spec/s etc.
I almost threw my phone against the wall when i notice im paired with players using Ranked matches to test rarely play chars or builds...

Ive seen everything scizor double glasses, talon double glasses, zeraora mid exp share, attackers assault vest and score shield, thats why i believe we need to be able to report players like this i refuse to believe a match around 1600 mmr still has players who doesnt even know how their held items work, they are just griefing
A bunch of master players for the past 1-2 seasons are extremely boosted. They absued the op mons and climbed to master but once those mons are nerfed they aren't able to play anything else since they simply lack proper game sense and skill. A lot of times you can see that their most used pokemon is the most broken Mon of the season.
I see talks about mmr in your team. Is there anything similar for the enemy team ? Or is it another formula?
