The way Barney runs around the park when he’s excited is like the epitome of Disney!
Also it’s so clear how proud of him you both are and how much you love him. The way Dave was looking at him after eating that chicken tender was heart melting!

Southern California is usually overcast and cool in the morning, warms up during the day, then cools down again in the evening from the ocean currents. I know H’wood tries to make it look like it is warm and sunny year round, warm ocean water, no rain, etc., but…. Yep, always good to dress in layers along the entire California coastline - unless a heatwave is going on. We don’t get humidity much, mostly dry heat. Glad the park is living up to your expectations.
You guys are ultimate comfort! So glad you get to have experiences like this together 🥰xx

I’ve just been to Disneyland last week. I’ve been there multiple times as it’s the closest Disney park to me. It’s so fun to see your perspective on the park with this being your first time! Love it

I so want to go! We were thinking of going in the middle of a Florida trip so the flight isn’t as long. Do you think that would be a good or bad idea. Because we could do California first and then Florida maybe? I am worried about jet lag. Our daughter would be 5 when we go. I would love to know your opinions having done it with a little one ☺️

Does Disneyland in LA have a different feel to Disney world in Florida ?
So anyone wanting to see fireworks will need to go on the weekends. Because Disneyland California is so near to homes and within the city they have special ordinances that only allow for them on weekends.
