I hate rolling with ppl at my gym that mainly does leg locks and heel hooks. But I most def need to train them more.
It's good to train them especially for leg lock defence, or in combinations with passes. Great tool to have imo

All good, I get this question a lot from my other videos too. This is a Combat Jiujitsu event where open palm strikes are allowed but only on the ground. If both standing, both competitors have to wrestle basically.
