Does this software keep a copy of your recipe? Or do we need to trademark or copyright recipe? I have a family recipe that is unique to my family's restaurant legacy of almost 40 years. TIA
the recipe is in the system for the nutritional label to be created . there is also no legal way to patent or copyright a recipe. I hold 7 US Patents an hav been through the process for a utility patent and looked ino "copyrighting a recipe" it is next to impossible, but a trade secret is something you can keep to yourself in a safe place. When it comes to food there is relativly nothing new recipes can be used by anyone ... as an example I could go to Pinterest and pull a"recipe" change the small amount of an item and it becomes a totally new recipe. I actually did a video on my channel here that talks about copyright and recipes.

Is there a program that will add nutritional values based upon the brand I use? For example, not all bone broths have the same.
