    Tsardom of Bulgaria's casualties: 88,000 soldiers died and thousands of civilian deaths.
    Ottoman Empire's casualties: The Ottoman Empire's casualties in World War I are estimated to be around 800,000 to 1 million military personnel and possibly over half a million civilian deaths due to various factors including combat, disease, and famine.
    Who suffered the highest casualties?
    The German and ottomam empire suffered the highest number of military losses, Turkey had the highest civilian death count, largely due to the mass extermination of Armenians, as well as Greeks and Assyrians.

    World War I, also known as the Great War, started in 1914 after the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria. His murder catapulted into a war across Europe that lasted until 1918. During the four-year conflict, Germany, Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria and the Ottoman Empire (the Central Powers) fought against Great Britain, France, Russia, Italy, Romania, Canada, Japan and the United States (the Allied Powers). Thanks to new military technologies and the horrors of trench warfare, World War I saw unprecedented levels of carnage and destruction. By the time the war was over and the Allied Powers had won, more than 16 million people-soldiers and civilians alike-were dead💀

  • @Bacon_for
    @Bacon_for 7 днів тому

    The assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand[a] was one of the key events that led to World War I. Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria, heir presumptive to the Austro-Hungarian throne, and his wife, Sophie, Duchess of Hohenberg, were assassinated on 28 June 1914 by Bosnian Serb student Gavrilo Princip. They were shot at close range while being driven through Sarajevo, the provincial capital of Bosnia-Herzegovina, formally annexed by Austria-Hungary in 1908.

    This didn’t start in a week… Fertinand was killed in June 1914 and the 1st declaration wasn’t until late July 1914 then it wasn’t until August for the following. They US didn’t want to get involved and it wasn’t until unlimited submarine warfare the Zimmerman diagram and a generally good relationship with England and France prompted us to Join in 1917. They didn’t start drafting until 1916…

    Please read the latest books by late author Jim Marrs. Verify please the Library of Congress amount of books he authored and see how many are on the shelves around the U.S. Don't miss a one. Anyone ever hear of vaporization within nano technology?
