The sad thing is that if a large corporate moved in nearby offering good salaries, then all available houses would be snapped up quickly and the children now in the village could not afford to live there when they grow up. @@Olga_Reznikova yes there is one temple govindaland (iskon)built there. not sure how far its from the airport. is it safe to travel there by bus? any hotels located there?
@@Nathan-rp8cg What do you mean under safe travel by bus??))) Busses are going everywhere, but if you don't speak local language, I would not suggest to go into such "adventures"
@@Olga_Reznikova i mean the road condition, i agree with you ,maybe i should learn some basic Ukrainian language. Anyways thanks for your input appreciate it.

What is the price for this place and square footage? I cannot this second but it would be nice, I just would have to take a look around the property and stuff. The house looks like it would need some repairs, then you gotta look at the price it would take for those repairs etc.. etc.. (but then you are mainly talking about getting tourism there, I like my peace and quiet ;P )
ps: then the local laws are important, I need to be able to practice archery ja да ... па-па!
Hi Olga, what a beautiful place. The waterfall is called a Tufa, its a living waterfall as it grows because of the minerals in the water. Most common waterfalls erode the soil or rock structure. They are veer rare and the biggest one is in my country Southern Africa.
Nice video Olga and such a beautiful day out. Love the countryside and the hidden gem castle. I am curious do you recall the price of the castle? Is it very common for people from the city to have a dacha in the country? Seems like it would be a fun place to go to get away from the city and relax, even with poor roads. What is property tax like on a typical $3000 house with like 20 hectares?
You need describe the whole village, including school, hospitals and village markets etc
How is the temperature limits there in cold and hot seasons?
Thank you.
Love the waterfall so beautiful
Hello Olga, i'm Rob in the USA, i was in Kyiv and Khaviev in February of 2019 , where in the Ukraine is this Village?
Rob C Khmelnitsky region, I put exact location if you notice
The man who lived in the stone house 100 years ago, is that place for sale? If so how much would something Like that cost? or does the village take care of it for historical value?
Love the area! Looks like a great place as in the back 40 in US, reminds me of family property here!
Its because USA that it is back so late. Even now the USA is forbidden other country's to sell products to russia !!
Olga, how did you find out about the prices for these houses?
