Alright so i have a Samsung note8 that i purchased back when they were relatively new. I was in a vehicle accident that took months to recover. Has totally changed my life. Ive tried to use these government phones that they offer and i cant even do zoom calls with my doctors. In the meantime i have a a note8 that i had used for maybe a week and a half. Ive tried to remember the gmail account and password to no avail. So i cant get in to use it. Now i know there is a way to get past this. Is this the way to go about it? I've tried to do a soft and hard reset on my phone. An when i entered the gmail that was associated with this phone it just acts like its going to work then jumps right back to the "enter owners original gmail and password etc etc. I need a new phone and ive had this brand new phone in my drawer looking flawless that i cant use. An i need my phone for zoom calls to all my doctor appointments along with other reasons. So can anyone point me towards a company or way to fix this please?

hi friend. i have my own samsung note 8. i want to factory reset but i have trouble with samsung account verification. after i correctly enter password it is another last step, two step verification . and it sending me a code to a phone number that i do not use it anymore. i trying to turn off two step verification, i changed phone number in the new one. but still same. sending code to an old sim number that is not in my list . how to fix it . thank you
You have to hard reset your phone from recovery mode and it will be reset including your personal data
@@frp i though to do that but i was confused. Maybe phone will be closed by samsung account and after need frp by-pass to access .. it will be like that?
No luck here - instead of a pattern I get a pin lock and then don’t get the option to access the app. Dang it - good phone, good price, but really goofy guy who thought that he could hard reset after his wife got pissed and encrypted his brand new phone. /smh

Everytime I double press the two timings 'call settings stopped working " everytime I press app info it just takes me back to the other screen?
