Eva, you receive thousands of messages and comments, and you might never see mine. In case you do, please know that what you share with us is powerful. It is epic, healing, cheering and mind blowing. You are planting the seed in some people's mind (mine included) that we are capable, as women, to do risky and difficult things. And it can totally go with being sensitive! We don't all have the possibility and/or the courage to take that first step in our lives right now, but this time will come. Might it be at 20, 35 or 60. Each story is unique. Whenever we decide to sail, you will always be in a corner of our head, one of the persons who inspired us, gave us the courage to start. So, thank you.
Perfect response to someone who is fearing to dream,@@marynvt7829. Also, I’m pretty sure she *is absolutely* working. Who does he think is shooting the drone shots while she’s driving… shooting all the video… editing the video… responding to comments… managing the channel - not to mention circumnavigating the globe in a truck? I think one of the reasons she has inspired you and so many others is that she has thought outside of the box, she has been creative in planning how she will survive while traveling.
Hi Eva, did you know that the astronauts that worked for years to get to the moon ended up feeling a deep depression after making it back? Completing their lifes goal left them in such an uncertain place that they needed to set a new goal to work towards in order to get passed the depression they felt. We all need goals, and should celebrate when we achieve them... then find the next goal that inspires you.
Andrew Huberman talks about this kind of thing in his videos -- it's related to the way dopamine works in the body in response to challenges, experiences, etc. Gay & Katie Hendricks call it the "Upper Limits" problem in their book, _Conscious Loving._
One of the many things I love about Islam is that alongside different life goals, Muslims have an ultimate goal to reach Jannah in hereafter..that keeps them motivated and happy despite various challenges of this life 😊 All praise and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of all universe!
When I was your age I thought I was "adventurous" throwing my stuff into my trunk and leaving the Chicagoland environs, heading West, ending up in Colorado/Wyoming/Seattle/California. What you're doing is really the definition of the word adventurous and I truly am amazed. I look forward to your journeys, Eva.
For however long you were in Alaska, we’re just thankful you and Vilk are safe. We most appreciate you taking us along. Be safe and of to the south we go!
Free Tip- I always use Rain X coating on all my glass and top off windshield fluid with Rain X wiper fluid too. Also rub down the wiper blades too. Water will bead up and roll off glass. Can use Rain X anti fog on the inside glass too
Vilk's first snow experience was fun to see. Thank you for sharing it. He's growing so fast, and is so well behaved. You're an excellent doggy mommy. Enjoy your journey south. I look forward seeing you share the experiences that await you. 🤠👍💕
F-in brilliant. Having spent my entire adult career in the Army, living out of my vehicle and minimalistic was my life. Driving extensive distances on bad or no roads was exciting and challenging. And getting to your destination so gratifying. Living like you are exploring only the broad line planned gives a feeling of freedom and flexibility that is fantastic. And doing it with a dog is SO intense, exhausting and rewarding. I realized that bad weather made me depressed and good weather made me happy. So I moved from Denmark to Florida. And rain in warm weather with a dog is only slightly more “fun” than rain in the cold. Lol. Thank you for including us in your travels
For a bit of liquid water on cold mornings, turn a water bottle upside down the night before. In the morning, the bottom, which was on top all night, will be frozen, but you'll have a bit of water on top. That won't work for your main water supply, but it will get you enough water to brush your teeth and make a cup of tea and maybe some porridge.
Seeing Vilk play in the snow provoked memories of my GSD , "Enzo". he loved the snow. He'd put his chin on the ground and run, mouth wide open , snow spraying out of both sides of his mouth . like a furry 45kg snowplough. Its 9 years since leukaemia took him and I still miss him every damn day. Thanks for sharing your adventures with Vilk , makes me smile everytime I see him.
Thanks again for visiting my home state. And I agree about the rain. It’s been a really rough summer. Be safe on your journey and remember. Alaska always calls you back.
A FRIENDLY TIP. When adding oil , wipe off the dust and filth from the container to prvent bits of debris from falling into the engine. And as you probably know, never check the oil when the engine is cold. Alway run the engine for 10 min, shut if off for 5 min, then chek the (warm) oil. It's the only way to get an accurate reading.
I imagine reaching the Arctic Ocean must have left you feeling like Shackleton when he reached the South Pole. In a real sense, you're an explorer and thanks to UA-cam and the Internet, your viewers can go exploring with you. The vistas you are presenting to us are amazing, what beauty can be found in Alaska even through winter is moving in. God Speed on your long, long journey south Eva, and give Vilk some ear rubs for me.
Congratulations Eva, you did it!! And what an amazing adventure it has been, i have enjoyed watching this trip so thank you so much for sharing it with us all. I am totally with you on the quest for brighter days, they up lift spirits. Take care and stay safe both of you. x
We drove x-country east (NYC) to west (LA) 6x and yep windshield wiper fluid is a must, it’s a great adventure driving through different parts of the country and your drive prompted me and wife to attempt to drive from Las Vegas to Alaska… should be fun… your video north was a great adventure for us all… and looking forward to the next chapter, south…stay safe ..
Awesome video! I didn't expect you to hang out in Alaska. The season is over there. Onwards to the south. Vilk's first snow experience was epic! He loved it 🥰😍❤️ Oh and the washing of Odyssey was so satisfying to watch and Vilk being by your side while you did it...he is such a good boy! 😘

It is amazing taking this trip with you. Seeing from week to week where you are and where you are going. You've crossed the globe and grown your family by one incredible doggo. I look forward to your next adventure.
My heart skipped a beat when I saw that snow as you were going through the Mountain pass because we who are familiar with that area are very nervous driving in the mountains during the snowy seasons. Carry vinegar as you travel very good substrate for window cleaner mixed with a bit of alcohol and water.
Seeing Vilk enjoying the snow reminds me of my Shepard. He loved to eat snow and play in it. I miss having him around. Makes me want to find another. Vilk's going to be a great partner for your journey.
very beautiful video of the snowey mountains. love your laughter when you play with your pup. he's getting big. now that you are heading south it's like a new chapter in your book of live. Anyway you and your pup have a great trip and rest. peace out
Before the video start I do press the like button, because I know it will be another exciting, full of energy video. I followed your journey throughout, and there's also a great message in your video to never give up a dream. You are living, experiencing our dream. Keep those videos coming.
After watching so many of your videos I finally have to tell you... you are my hero. I'm completely in awe of you and your travels. I enjoy not just the views and the roads you travel but the experiences and most importantly, your spirit and your aura. The way you describe the journeys and feelings along the way bring me such joy. I thank you. Your grandfather would be proud. 💓 Bryan Florida, U.S.A.

Great video Eva! Spectacular views, winter scenery in Alaska is incredible,! And your intelligent dog enjoy the snow! Go ahead, the way to Argentina is long and full of adventures! Take care, looking forward to your next video!
What an adventure! I'm glad you got to see some snow, but you are fortunate you didn't hit a major snowstorm. They have "whiteouts" in Alaska (and other winter states) where it's snowing so hard you can't see more than a few feet. (I was in the military in Alaska for a couple of years, and I know how bad it can get.) Always remember that no matter where you are, mother nature can be unpredictable. I was amazed you were able to find the time to get all those majestic aerial shots. I'm also amazed that you can produce such quality videos under the circumstances. It was sad to see you part ways with your traveling companions. Keep alert!
Rain-X for the windshield would helped a lot on those muddy roads. You have to put it on a completely clean windshield, then muddy water, rain, will just roll right off the glass.
Evening Eva, Wow what a trip up North! Only watched that Dalton Highway and Attican Pass on a show called Ice Road Trucker, the hero's delivering goods to the north and they're truck stop in Coldfoot. Oddessy is looking fine once more as you head south on your epic adventure and thank you for taking us with you. And Vilk!! Hope you enjoy warmer climates on your way south and enjoy the adventure all the way as much as we will with you. Health@Happiness to you.
WoW what a strong woman you are Eva. I am so glad you have this wonderful dog to keep you company and give you warmth with his joyful spirit ! It is good to see how that courageous dip in the icy water gave you new inspiration for your life’s journey ! Love from California! 💕🌷

It takes a really special soul to live their dreams - but I know that comes with certain sacrifices. You do you Eva - and you do it REALLY fucking well. 14:41 Wilk has wisdom beyond his years.
Hi Eve! Please keep in mind all the veterinary requirements for each and every border along The way. It's a long journey and The little furball Will definetly need to renew his vaxines. Keep in mind june, July and august are Very cold and windy down in The Patagonia. Take Care both of you and enjoy The Ride! 💪🏼♥️
Seeing you drive in the snow reminded me when I drove in Alaska during Christmas… I got too cocky and drove too fast, then slipped on black ice and almost drove my car off a cliff. It was only a miracle that it swerved to the other side of the road but I remember seeing the bottom of the cliff and thought I was a goner. BTW, idk if your car has an electric plug, you need to plug your car into electric source or else it might kill your engine. Not sure if that only affects non-diesel cars, thought I share my experience!
I started watching your videos a couple years ago when you were in the Middle East. They've always been interesting and entertaining. I guess what I didn't expect after this time, is that they are also very inspiring. I'm looking to retire in a few years, and I really want to travel, but that can be costly. I'm now thinking about overland travel and learning a lot from your videos. Thank you, and happy travels!
I think you reach those of us who have traveled, or who have longed to travel, and we all really enjoy your adventures as well as the adventurer inside you.
The best thing about traveling alone is...nobody tells you where or when you have to go . We are only along for the ride . Have a great journey...meet new people ENJOY !!!! PK
You are a phenomenal young woman for making the journey into Alaska when you did, and with your pupster! Most would not even attempt it!! Your introspective on you, and what is going on with your inner self is quite refreshing... you seem to be very in-tune with yourself. I'm curious, have you ever read "The Untethered Soul" by Michael A. Singer? If you haven't you might enjoy it immensely. Take care, stay well and be safe on your journey! And thank you for sharing it with all of us.
If you ever make to the east coast mainly North Carolina. Hawksbill Mountain in the linville gorge is well worth the stop. Plenty of spots to park that big beautiful overlander and plenty of trails and one hell of a beautiful sight if you summit hawksbill before sunrise.
Awesome trip. I work for a company that has assets on the N. Slope and along the Dalton highway (as well as many other locations in Alaska) and I've never been there. One day the opportunity will come. Thanks for documenting your trip.
I tell you what, didn't Vilk do well ending up with you, on the road, constantly travelling, lots of outdoor adventures with you! I bet the other pups from the litter are all in a nice home, going for walks! But Vilk has already seen more of America than 99.9% of Americans! Well done to you Eva, and thanks for sharing the adventures! Respect from Ireland! 🇮🇪
When fleeing Alaska because of the cold and rain, keep in mind that while travelling in a vehicle, cold and rain is MUCH easier to deal with than heat... especially with an animal. 👍
Eva , your passion, visuals, and at last your story telling way … is a complete package for viewers. It’s very very good experience to watch your content. Lots of love and blessings 🌼❤️💐💐🎶
i have watched all of your vids since you started on you tube ,i am 75 yrs old and use to travel the world but now i enjoy watching your travels be safe with your dog ,you have a guardian angel on your shoulder ,will look forward to your next video the old jeweler..
9:40 You don't need specific windscreen washer fluid. Just put some water in it from your water tank. For muddy roads normal water works just as good as washer fluid. Just make sure to full up with washer fluid before you stop in freezing temperatures so the water doesn't freeze.
I am so glad that you're dip in the northernmost Waters that you will find on your journey gave you a sense of liberation. You have been on an adventure that very few people will ever experience and you can relish that you will always have these memories with you and Vilk and the friends and acquaintances that you meet along the way. You are a very strong woman and to be admired for what you have undertaken. You are a treasure!
OMG did she just say 30 000 miles, woow. Big fan of Eva, please do keep going. 10K more miles after that, and you'll end up back where you started... ;)
I know first hand how unnerving her travels up into BC’s interior can be. Driving through 100 mile house and 150 mile house in the dead of winter in the middle of the night is something you’ll never forget.
Hi eva.. i am being so honest firstly stay safe and really proud of you. I am just going to say is your previous videos i mean before the odyssey are awesome and had more content. You was always exploring new things and experience new things. But now all your videos about kind of road trip or about odyssey or vilk and there’s nothing else. Please do explore more other than this. Alaska is best place to explore and there are more potential. You just spend time on driving only. I am one of your biggest fan from Vancouver. Please don’t get me wrong. Thanks for understanding…❤
Quite the adventure! Good for you! Hopefully you stocked up on your windshield washer fluid and engine oil. As an aside, temps and supply permitting, you can use water in the windshield washer fluid reservoir. Obviously if you don't have enough for your personal use or are in an area where it would freeze it would be unwise to use it, but if you have enough and the temps are high enough it won't hurt anything and will help to keep the windshield clear enough to travel safely. Be safe and enjoy your adventure!
One day explain to us how you feel about the love between you and Volk. He is getting big and well trained. I only had one dog all to myself like you do and he was the best of 5 I've had. All the rest were family dogs. I never felt the same way as I did when it was just the 2 of us. It is a love deeper than any human I have loved. (other than family) I hope that isn't such a bad thing. KEEP TRUCKIN!
We shall not cease from exploration and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time --- T.S. Eliot
I don't know how to explain it, but your videos gave me a lot of self reflexion and thought! I found myself thinking about follwoing goals (that have nothing to do with travelling) with the same resilience and devotion as you do for every one of your advantures, trips, goals, or projects. For sure your videos are very entertaining and interesting to watch, but it's the deeper meaning and subtle lessons that I got from them, that have made me take back my life onto the tracks I want it to be. You are inspiring and very admirable. I love your devotion to everything you undertake and your persistence. Thank you.
Unsolicited windshield washer formula. 1 empty gallon jug, or any container 2oz dishwashing detergent 4oz rubbing alcohol Fill the rest of the jug with water. It can be tap water. Thanks for the video. Stay safe. Have fun.
So pleased both of you are well. Looking at your videos makes me feel i should be more adventurous.......even so i would not have the bottle to undertake the journey you are on but i feel i am kind of travelling with you guys and i love your dog. Please take care of each other. David. xx ❤
that was very nice exploring alaska with vilk on the snow, your distiny is not at end just keep on exploring to discover more. so just keep safe , God Bless and have a very safe rides.
@Eva zu Beck Please you can use water in replacement of the windscreen fluid so sonce you have a bit left just add water to it. If you have some cheap hard liquor like spirit you can make a mix of water and the alcohol or spirit and pour it into your windscreen washer tank to prevent the water from freezer with the temperature. Once you get the windscreen fluid at a shop you can top it up or wait till this runs out before pouring it in.
I am happy for you. And energy is coming back. Yes! I like to see more good company for you when you travel in such remote areas. Stay safe and wild! Much love.

Eva is a super hero & her sidekick is her baby Vilk, her powers are traveling & narrating....
I’m happy for you and so glad you had wonderful companions for this leg of the journey. ❤
I am 62, and I got to tell you. You are awesome. I enjoy watching you in your adventures. Love the 🐕. Be safe in your travels..
There's a whole overland community out there apparently
Hey Eva, Thanks for the new video update. I'm glad you made it to your artic dip without too much trouble. Love your adventures.
I think you reach those of us who have traveled, or who have longed to travel, and we all really enjoy your adventures as well as the adventurer inside you.
Sumply owsome.
Cheers Eva. ☕️
Totally amazing, inspiring me for my USA trip next year ( or 2)
Love from Scotland 🏴
Thanks for watching and showing love 🥰 congratulations to have been selected among the lucky few.text for more enlightenment
I’m glad you have some company on this trip. Many Blessings!
So funny to see Vilk play in the snow, and going wild on it, love your content... love from the Netherlands ❤️❤️❤️
Loved it. Nice show! Best of luck heading south. 😊
Never feel alone. All of us "viewers" are here with you. Keep up good spirits. You have people that admire you. :)
Agree 100% about bad weather, it brings bad moods with it...chase the Sun...Vilk is getting big and you are training him so well...Happy Travels...😄
Yup. Extra windscreen fluid and extra windscreen wiper blades. Thanks for the sharing. This was very enjoyable to watch.
Eva thanks to you for all the hard work that must go into sharing your adventures with us 😍 simply stunning views
Hope all goes well with your new adventures , have fun, safe travels looking forward to your vlogs on your journey south❤️❤️🍀
When fleeing Alaska because of the cold and rain, keep in mind that while travelling in a vehicle, cold and rain is MUCH easier to deal with than heat... especially with an animal. 👍
Another inspirational update, Thanks Eva, safe and happy journey south!
Following you is my emotional break from watching War in Ukraine videos all day! I wish there were more!
YAY !! It's EVA ! Alaska ! freakin loved it ! btw🙏 lets go !! chase the sun it's more fun in the sun !! 🥳😜🐺❣🕊
Silent viewer here for almost 3 years. But wow, Eva is such an inspiration ❤🫶🏻
Thank you for your AK adventure. I enjoy watching y’all on your adventure. Stay safe, sending prayers.
yess!!! your videos always make my day and help me think in a positive way! you are such an inspiration Eva ❤️
Hi Eva, I always love adventures. Your's are fun to watch and learn more about different places around the world.
Hi eva.. i am being so honest firstly stay safe and really proud of you.
We shall not cease from exploration
and the end of all our exploring
will be to arrive where we started
and know the place for the first time

Beware of fake accounts pretending to be Eva in the comments.
I agree with you Eva, chase the good weather. I'm not a rain, snow person either. Find that sun!! You're brave and Vilk is adorable!!
drama queen
I don't know how to explain it, but your videos gave me a lot of self reflexion and thought! I found myself thinking about follwoing goals (that have nothing to do with travelling) with the same resilience and devotion as you do for every one of your advantures, trips, goals, or projects. For sure your videos are very entertaining and interesting to watch, but it's the deeper meaning and subtle lessons that I got from them, that have made me take back my life onto the tracks I want it to be. You are inspiring and very admirable. I love your devotion to everything you undertake and your persistence. Thank you.
And to us as well, follow you with good weather is another thing!
Wow! Love your videos. Safe travels. Much love & peace.💖✌️🌏
Unsolicited windshield washer formula.
1 empty gallon jug, or any container
2oz dishwashing detergent
4oz rubbing alcohol
Fill the rest of the jug with water. It can be tap water.
Thanks for the video.
Stay safe.
Have fun.
Eva- Looking forward to the drive all the way south and keep safe.
So pleased both of you are well. Looking at your videos makes me feel i should be more adventurous.......even so i would not have the bottle to undertake the journey you are on but i feel i am kind of travelling with you guys and i love your dog. Please take care of each other.
David. xx
❤
that was very nice exploring alaska with vilk on the snow, your distiny is not at end just keep on exploring to discover more. so just keep safe , God Bless and have a very safe rides.
Much love.
