ive seen so many content creators use SDV music and nintendo music and none are taken down or mention of being demonetized, if anything - RARE cases, so i wouldnt stress, it fits so well though and i love it ahahha (depends on the music selection too, some do come up immediately as copyright but thats when the editor would switch it if it comes up)
I first went to Chiang Mai in 2018 and returned for 2 months in 2022 (I had to quarantine 1 week in Phuket before entering mainland Thailand). Khao soi is my favorite dish in the world (45 countries and counting!) Mango sticky rice is top 10, as long as they include the crunchy mung beans on top. I miss riding in the tuk tuks!

So i found a picture of khao soi like 5 years ago on the internet and it looked Epic! (i still have the picture saved btw). But locating a place here in North Texas has been daunting. But seeing y'all eat some in the vid had me pausing it multiple times to search and i have located a couple of places that are supposed to have some! (they definitely dont look like the pic i have, but ah well, as long i can try it!) Lots of Love from Texas!

Potato Corner is very very common here in the Philippines we have tons of them here in the malls.
Definitely go see the White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) in Chiang Rai if you have the time. There are no words to describe it when seeing it in person!!
Also, I recommend seeing the Red Temple and Blue Temple and Wat Huay Pla Kang. These are all relatively close to each other too!!
They should have given you mustard greens and fresh coriander, fresh shallots too add to the dish
