- 紅葉直前のみたらい渓谷から洞川温泉までハイキングいたしました。ハイキングの参考にしていただけましたら幸いです。
Mitarai Valley
The hiking trails, dramatic waterfalls and a suspension bridge make the Mitarai Valley one of the most spectacular scenic spots in the Dorogawa Onsen area. Famously inaccessible, it was used as a refuge during battles in the 14th century. Now, visitors flock to see the red autumn foliage, contrasting with the emerald green river.

昭和60代、東吉野村が開発されることになり、まさか、平成、2000以降みたいな観光立国になってしまうなんて思いもよらず、祖父たちと通った昔からの三角の空に燦々と太陽が差し込むなんて（これは、苔やシダ類と共生してきた生態系には原発事故みたいだったと思う）、怒りを覚えながらも一部，いっときのことだと思ってたら、、絶望的な日本の状況を徐々に、、
昭和の頃は、地元の方たちが水飲み場に使ってらしたところではないでしょうか？ 日本人にとっては水源地や地下水のわきでるところは神聖なところで、
観光化されないでほしかったです

あまりにも鮮明で眩しすぎる緑の小径がむしろ非現実的な世界に見えます。渓流の水音も通奏低音のように響いて、靴音も息遣いも、現実感覚というより、現実世界から別の世界へ連れ込んでしまう小道具のようです。

渓流の音や足音など、大きく入り込んでいたので不安だったのですが、osmo散歩様にこのように言っていただけて安心したのと同時にとても嬉しいです。また機会があればバーチャルハイキングの動画を作ってみたいと思います！！
こういう道は昭和期には地元の人たちが使う道で、あとは調査する博物学の研究者。。昭和30代から41年くらいまで、そして昭和50代になって再び、、大阪市立自然史博物館の先生方のフィールドワークについてって、毎月、近くのお寺のお堂に泊めてもらって、とっても清浄で静かな自然が大阪市から日帰り，一泊で家族と歩いた思い出が重なります。。
１時間半を越える超大作ですね。新しい試みといった感じでしょうか。
臨場感たっぷりで本当に自分が散策しているかのようでした^^
散策といっても所々ヤバめの道があったり、せり出してる岩や、山林モノレールとでもいうのでしょうか結構スリル満点のシーンも盛りだくさんｗ 川音と足音に混じって時々聞こえる苦しげな息づかいも撮影の大変さを伝えてくれてます。
いつかこれを３６０度対応に出来たら完璧なバーチャル散策になるでしょうね^^
というか、楽してないで実際に自分の足で歩けよ！って話しでしょうけどｗ

もう少し手振れを軽減したかったのですが、修行が足りなかったようです（笑）
呼吸音が入っていたのは気づきませんでした。お恥ずかしい限りです。実際は撮影よりも編集のほうが大変でした。高画質の３６０度カメラが開発されましたら是非とも試してみたいと思います！！

.......words simply can not describe this. I.....this is a path I would walk every day, to quiet my mind....to comfort my soul, and to get closer to the creator, what ever you choose it to be. I am humbled and honored to have found you and your work. This is but one path we could choose to experience, and I feel so close to this..... Once 'we' got to the Dorogawa Onsen Hot springs area, the shrine and cave, the spiritual became a bit more reality based. But it was a special "voyage".... perhaps I need to look for accommodations? A simple Thank you does not convey my feelings....but regardless, 'domo arigatou gozaimasu'

The first part is really beautiful. The forest is impressive beauty and calm. We walk with you, we breathe with you, the legs tune with yours. Arrivals at both shrines are peace moments. We are between sky and ground -the forest dress gently the colors of autumn- before going down into the cave where the colors seem psychedelic. Incongruous voices break the magic... a little. Then, we are outside again, breathing the wind and the light.
Thank you for this beautiful documentary. I think it's one of your best. The long movie format suits you very well.

修学旅行の班別研修でここに行きたいと言ったら、ホテルから遠くて却下されたのでこちらで楽しませてもらおうと思います。自然最高！
十津川の町？村って、昭和60代にはまだ、平家落人の隠れ里として、鮎の友釣りくらいしか、外部の人は来なかったところ。。
アスファルトの道になって、トラックが結構なスピードで走ってる。。驚きました。面白いのは、奈良県の県道と和歌山県だったか？で道の舗装管理が全然違っていて、方針が違うことが一瞥で分かった。奈良は太古の昔からの姿をとどめ、後世に残そうとしてきた。。自治医大の先生方も、奈良県では大変な山奥の無医村に出張先となる。。若い人が珍しく、早朝から村人が窓から覗いてる、、
仕事が忙しく、久しぶりに拝見しました。そしたらビックリの、長時間大作でした(笑)
みたらい渓谷は初めてみましたが、中山道の寝覚の床を彷彿させました。
そして癒やしたっぷりの森の散策、最後の温泉街まで、カメラさんとご一緒の旅でした。
ここで気づいたのですが、殆ど手ブレせず一緒に散策した思いでした。ありがとう。

バーチャルハイキングをイメージしながら撮影いたしました！！中山道の寝覚の床、すごく素敵ですね。妻籠宿を訪れる際には立ち寄りたいです！！温泉街は改めて夜間に撮影してみたいです。その際はバスがないので旅館で一泊することになりそうですが。
手振れはもう少し軽減できるように修行に励みます！！

今のスタイルになる前の動画と解釈しています。
編集でトリミングし、ブラッシュアップする今のスタイルならこの動画は10~15分位で音楽を付けてって感じでしょうね。
途中、「アっ、アーーー」って叫びながらザザザーーっと滑落してもおかしくない険しい道がありましたね。
カメラで撮影しながら、あの道を歩くのは中々危険で、よくぞご無事で何よりでした。
川のせせらぎとAnnaさんの細かいピッチで歩く足音が今のスタイルになってから観るようになった私にとって新鮮でした。
奈良の山奥にある洞川温泉で、川魚を食べ、温泉に浸かってみたいなぁ〜と心底思いました。
ご視聴いただき誠にありがとうございます。この時の映像は手振れが激しかったり露出やピントが怪しかったりするので、もう一度撮影しなおしたいですね。今ですと5分の動画にもできないかもしれないです（笑）紅葉の時期などに、もう一度散策してみたいです！！

まだ、暑さの残る時期で撮影は少し大変でしたが自然の中ということもあってか不思議と体力的には問題ありませんでした。

本当に、日本が水の国、森の国だと.
本来はこういう道は、地元の方たちが生活に必要な道で大変な努力，人力で作ってられた道でした。。少し、昭和の頃を考えると、機械化，プロ化がかんじらえますが。。 草鞋，脚半で歩いた道？ だからこそ，残された生態系が足の下にも生きている。。
でも、、えらいね！私は1人では行けなかった。途中、いろんな生物に出会したり、時に、滝を越えたりしなくては行けなかったり、、いつも、指導者の後ろで、一生懸命、足元を見て歩いてたけど、分かれ道で呼び戻されたり。。
ここはトレッキングコースになっているんでしょうか❓ 遊歩道で無い事は分かります💦険しい道のりの様に感じますが、時折り水の流れが出てきて心地良さもありますね😊BGMは自然音でしょうか😄

下市口からのみたらい渓谷経由洞川温泉、長い道のりですね。国道309号線ビックリするほど道幅が狭い！この長編動画、ハイキングが苦手の私にはもってこいです😆最後疲れた身体を温泉で休める最高ですね👍でも、来た道をまた戻るのですか？
実はこの動画のためにみたらい渓谷を３回ほど訪れました（笑）一回目は手振れがひどかったのでボツでした。２回目は天気が悪くてボツでした（笑）３度目の正直ということでご紹介できてよかったです！！帰りは洞川温泉からバスが出ていますのでそちらで下市口へ戻りました😊

御手洗渓谷は、電車で行けないところでしたっけ？はるか昔にかみさんと京都・奈良旅行で行った記憶がありますが、電車だったか、レンタカーだったか思い出せない。。。
私が住んでいる東京の端でも雰囲気が似ている同じような場所があります。でも、水の美しさは残念ながら適わないなあ。。。

私は、近鉄の下市口駅からバスで行きました。東京ですと高尾山か奥多摩あたりでしょうか？
高尾山では山頂で販売されていた日本酒を飲み大変なことになった思い出がございます（笑）
渋谷の等々力渓谷なども素晴らしく学生の頃よく散歩をしておりました。

私の住まいは奥多摩の手前ですので、まあ、山々に囲まれたところです。もし、東京の田舎に来れれることがありましたら、酒蔵の澤乃井を訪れて、試飲してください。豆腐も美味しいお店です。近くの多摩川では、鮎と岩魚が釣れます。

Mitarai Valley is one of the most spectacular scenic spots in the Dorogawa Onsen. It is in southern Nara prefecture and is around 3 hours of bus trip from Nara city.
Love those walks through the mountains & valleys - the cave was facinating as well 🌞👍

I love this videos however the sound of the footsteps breaks the fantasy for me, if I was in the I wouldn't walk so fast, it seems the person who is filming is in a hurry instead of enjoy the walk.
for those who feel the same my advice is, play the video, mute it and play peaceful song.
